> 3 dayHands down one of my favorite fish oil capsules, dinged 1 star though due to the lemon flavor... instead of fish burps you get a few hours of lemon burps... personally Id rather burp fish than the lemon.

> 3 dayGood taste, little aftertaste. Sometimes the capsules are hard when you first get the bottle, so they can be harder to chew. But they soften quickly, and even our kids (7 and 9) like to chew their oily vitamin. Easy to swallow, too, although they are on the bigger side.

> 3 dayInstructions are to take 1 per day; however, the bottle states 1-5 per day. The easy to swallow gel cap is much larger than anticipated. I contacted the seller regarding the dosing and was told that it depends on my body as to how many I need to take! What kind of answer is that? I have not used this product and will not.

> 3 dayI have chosen this product because according to my research oil extracted from the fish in deep/cold water is recommended more by the experts. This seems to be a product with high quality and very good customer service.

> 3 dayIm in my 50s and Ive been doing CrossFit 4 or 5 times a week for almost 4 years now. I take this fish oil every morning to minimize the joint pain in my knees and shoulders. It has been a life saver.

> 3 dayI believe the company makes a good product, but my shipment arrived at the end of a hot summer day. Who knows how long it was sitting in the hot truck? Now im suspect whether the quality of the oil has been maintained. The gels are a little sticky and all clumped together. They have a faint fishy odor, but dont taste bad when swallowed, and no after burps. Im hesitant to order these in the summer again.
