In my opinion this is the best fish oil o the market. I use to buy this in liquid back in the day. Now I use the gel pills, but have not tried the chewables. Either way is very good quality Omega 3.

Top supplement I take

Instructions are to take 1 per day; however, the bottle states 1-5 per day. The easy to swallow gel cap is much larger than anticipated. I contacted the seller regarding the dosing and was told that it depends on my body as to how many I need to take! What kind of answer is that? I have not used this product and will not.

My doctor recommended these fish oils as the best on the market and I have to agree. He has checked these fish oil capsules out and can actually confirm that they are pure fish oils and there are no additives. I take 2 of these per day and there is no after taste. I have been using them for years at his recommendation. He is very big on the Mediterranean diet and since I dont always eat 3 servings of fish per week then this is the best alternative for me. Highly recommended!

I heard Carlson brand fish oil was great because they brag about the lack of a fishy burpy after taste. Well the first day I took these with my breakfast, I had the worst fish burps the rest of the day. Thanks goodness I wasnt at Seaworld or else the dolphins would be doing tricks to eat me!!!

The capsules are easy to swallow, and probably because it taste, some of our children like to bite it and drink the fluid. We drink it by faith in GOD to make it do what it is marketed to do.

This is such a great quality brand and even my doctor agrees.
