> 3 dayThere is so much that can be said about this fantastic game. I will do my best to do it justice. To begin with, the theming of the game is spot on. The artwork and quality of the components is outstanding, I love the fact that instead of going the cheap route and making the circular tokens out of cardboard, they went with wood. And, the illustrations on them did not come from a sheet of stickers that I had to sit and apply before I played the game for the first time. The cloth bag is another quality component. The instruction manual is both appealing to the eye and thorough. I easily understood the rules of the game and was able to locate any rule that I needed clarification on as I was playing through for the first time. The solo game play is solid and just might be one of the best solo board game experiences ever! There is an achievement system that actually makes you want to play it time and time again. The game length is absolutely perfect. This is one game that does not overstay its welcome. As a matter of fact, it leaves you wanting to play again. The balancing of the game makes computing the winner a nail biter almost every time. It seems difficult to completely dominate all of the other players. Lastly, the footprint of the game is on the smaller side. It plays large and packs up small. Seriously, I cant say enough good things about this pleasant game experience. It makes me want to take a trip to see the nature in this part of the country. And the price point is reasonable. If you want to play a game that is fairly calm and puzzley , please dont pass this up.

> 3 dayI love this game. Each time you play is a different game, and involves strategy but also quick thinking. I also appreciate that there are different levels of difficulty

Greater than one weekMy friends and I play a lot of games, and this has quickly become a fan favorite. Easy to learn, and each game is just different enough to keep it interesting over and over. Also love that you can never really tell who will win until the final score is counted, keeping it fun for everyone.

> 3 dayLove this game! Each game is slightly different. There are ideas in the instructions to challenge yourself if needed. The game pieces are nice and sturdy as well!

> 3 dayHaving played Wingspan for a few years and not finding suitable competition, we were excited to come across this gem! We are obsessed with Wingspan, so it seemed impossible that we would have found a game that was just as fun. There are a few similar elements of other games such as Carcassonne, Planet, and Catan. Cascadia has bonus cards that try to mimic the animals’ behaviors (which is very similar to brown powers in Wingspan). We felt like this purchase was worth every penny- now we have two favorite games instead of one.

24-11-2024My family love boardgames, from Azul, Splendor and Alhambra to Wingspan, Scythe, Everdell and Parks. I was looking for a lightweight game that my wife and I could play on a date night or even while we ate. Cascadia was simple to learn and teach, but has plenty of strategy. 30-40mins for two. Works great for 3 and 4 as well. Highly recommended
