Perfect. Just what I expected

This was highly recommended by bushcrafters to use as a substitute for paracord. This will do VERY nicely to do a bunch of things. Tent guy lines, Ridge lines , tripods, emergency shoe laces and a bunch of other tasks. #36 tarred bank line is incredibly strong. This particular company makes some premium cordage. If you want to put it into your pack I suggest you put it into a large zip lock bag, it is tarred, not messy but it might interact with some synthetic materials. It’s probably resistant to insects as well. IMO, it’s a prepper must have. Nice quality line.

Catahoula is the real deal , tried other brands (by accident/inattention) and they Do Not compare.

I love this line! For those times you need a length of line to use outdoors Catahoula line is an excellent choice. I have re-strung several wind chimes over the years with this line and am very satisfied with how well it performs. Excellent product.

Great stuff. Far better for camping or bushcraft than para cord very strong and versatile
