Best tarred twine I have ever owned. By golly you young whippersnappers should buy some.

This is lightly tared nylon cord. thinner than paracord, but holds a knot well. if you know what your are doing, i am sure you could set a snare with it easily, but according to the research i have been doing online, this would not work for a bow. probably wont stretch enough. anyway, the cord is good for many uses, and is much lighter and smaller in the pocket than paracord. (I keep rope in my pocket and practice knots to fidget.) I did have to use a lighter to fuse the ends of the rope after cutting it but that is expected. One thing is it will cut into the hands if pulling on the cord with the hands, and this is due to the size.

Its bankline, what can I say? It showed up quick and was what I ordered. Mission accomplished. Thanks.

I use this for bushcraft. Got the exact one I ordered. This is heavy duty and really grips against itself. The tar on it is good and seems to coat the whole way around. It was between this brand and sgt knots brand. I chose this one because some of the reviews said the sgt knots didnt seem coated the whole way around. This has that good tar smell but isnt so bad you can smell it from across the room unless you just opened it. Within a day it was toned down but you can still smell it when you hold it up to your nose.

Its everything you would expect from a good tarred bank line!!

I saw a lot of bush crafters using this and so I figured I would give it a try. Sure enough, it works just like they said! I like this as much or probably more than paracord for a lot of applications. But, I will say there are some things I do prefer Amsteel or paracord for but for 98% of camp chores or bushcraft tasks, this is my go-to.

Got this after watching bush craft videos on YouTube. Very durable and easy to use. A lot of cord for the price. Reusable and packs nicely.

Very good for tying knots and for lashings.

Unlike many “tar” coated line, this one does not fray. I used it for everything camping. It is plenty strong for my purposes. Recommended
