Love this flux. Its very effective and the syringe-based delivery system is a wonder. Its easy to get just the right amount exactly where you want it. Soooo much better than any paste flux. I should have switched to this long ago!

This flux works great! I bought two wii controllers on eBay that were not working and traced the problem to the bluetooth chips. The solder joints underneath had cracked, so I squirted some of this flux around it and covered everything else with foil then hit it with the heat gun for 40 sec or so until the flux started to bubble and zippy zap just like magic I had two functioning controllers! Ive used this flux for a few other projects also and it flows good and makes nice joints. The applicator seems to be just the right size, not too big for some pretty fine work and not too small to get clogged up. Ive had this for about two months and it seems to holding up well. Would definitely reccommend for anyone soldering or reworking surface mount components.

Love the dispenser and the flex works very well. Cleans up with alcohol nicely.

Delivered on time. First time using flux like this so cant compare to others. It does seem to be working well so thumbs up.

Too tacky, hard to work with. High melt point. There is better available.

    Expensive but a must have.

This is the only flux I care to use when doing solder rework. It does leave a sticky residue and requires cleaning, though.

I dont agree with the no clean part as it leaves a sticky residue, which I eventually clean with isopropyl alcohol. But it does what its suppose to, so Im satisfied.

Remove QFDs, PLCCs, SOICs and chip components without costly and complex equipment. Use ChipQuik with your existing rework equipment or temperature controlled soldering irons. Special removal alloy has excellent wetting ability with a low melting temperature of 136F (58C). To use: apply paste flux to all leads with syringe; melt ChipQuik alloy on all pins of SMD; with wide iron tip; maintain alloy in a molten state long enough to release chip; lift chip from board with pick-up tool. Safe, affordable, easy and won"t damage sensitive components. NoClean Paste Flux; 10cc syringe with tip.
