> 3 dayI upgraded from my old black metal seam gauge and I really like the longer arms on this one. It makes ironing up seam or hem allowances more accurately. Like it so well I bought a second one for my other machine and class.

> 3 dayI LOVE this tool! I have been making shades which required a lot of seams and hems to be very accurately measured. I love that this gauge locks into place so there is no drifting as you use it multiple times. I have not yet tried the circular drawing capability, but I did check it out just a bit. The spot where you hold it steady is designed such that, even though you are holding it down firmly, the radial parts still moves quite freely, so it should work well. It is just a little more flexible than I thought it would be but so far that has not proven to be an issue at all.

> 3 dayI bought this seam gauge because of the affiliation with Nancy, the Clover brand, and it looked like it could really do all that it said. I was a little disappointed when I took it out of the packaging, because its a little flimsy and the push button mechanism looks and feels like it could break easily, if you dont baby it. I would have paid more to have a better product that I feel would last longer!

Greater than one weekThis item is very well made and doesnt slide unexpectly up or down so that your measurements get scewed. I had one of the metal ones and it was forever getting accidently moved so that Id get my measuments off sometimes. This works and will be a much appreciated device when accuracy is a must.

Greater than one weekWhen I first got it I thought it was a bit tacky & plasticky. However, it has proved to be invaluable. Wish it was made in a better quality though. Always a little concerned about breaking it!

Greater than one weekNice, larger than the older style seam gauges. The slide could be tighter - it moves a bit too easily, so I took off a star.

> 3 daybest seam gauge Ive ever owned. There really isnt much to say about it because its a seam gauge. Its used to measure seam allowances along sewing projects. This one has a sliding gauge that locks in place. I havent yet used mine for all of the other purposes, but it is a versatile tool that can take the place of other notions in your sewing cabinet. Its made well, and I think it will last a long time. Other seam gauges that I have purchased are flimsy and lost shape after a while which results in having to purchase another; I dont think that will be the case with this one.
