13-06-2025I have tried many different types of embroidery needles. With embroidery needles, you are looking for a large eye to thread the thicker than normal thread easily. These have that. You are also looking for a needle that doesnt bend easily from pressure, as many stitches require intricate movement. These needles are strong and dont bend easily. The most important thing, though, is that the needle is narrow and very sharp so that it glides through fabrics easily so your hands do not become fatigued and so you dont damage the fabric. With many brands of needles to get that you give up the strength of the needle, meaning it will become bent more easily. Clover golden eye needles do not sacrifice strength for sharpness and narrowness. This is the best brand of embroidery needle that I have ever used, and I have been doing embroidery for 50 years. I highly recommend these.

> 3 dayThis is a great needle. I love the Gold Eye needles for hand embroidery and cross stitch. The quality is very good, and Ive never had a problem with any of the Gold Eye needles. I would recommend these to any crafter who uses threads to embellish or create.

> 3 dayI made an oops! LOL at me! - I did - For some reason, I thought I was ordering darning needles, not embroidery needles. I think I was half asleep when I put the order in. But, now at least I have SOME sewing needles to work with on my smaller projects...

> 3 dayI bought these for my renewed interest in embroidery. I didnt read the description properly. I thought I was getting 14 needles, but its 16 packs of 14! So the price is excellent. I like the needles. They dont snag, are sharp and go through the fabric cleanly. Only disadvantage for me is they are quite short. My other needles Im used to are longer and a little easier to use. Shortest is 3.5cm, longest is 4.5.
