Greater than one weekI am pleased with these. In short, they just work. These were nearly plug and play. Just set your Alexa or hub to discover, insert the plug in the receptacle, and its done. I used these for Christmas lighting and they were responsive, dependable and exactly what I needed. I will order again if more are needed.

Greater than one weekPaired with ease with my Phillips Hue bridge, shows up on the Hue App once connected then they both auto showed up on my Google home app where I was able to place into a room and then set up the routine to work the plugs. 100% better than the awful GE smart plugs I bought last year. Buying two more of these right now.

> 3 dayThe plugs all worked out of the box as described and were easily discovered by Alexa. Everything works perfectly!

> 3 dayI wouldnt purchase these, as I had several of them fail in the last few weeks that I was using to control mesh nodes in my home network. They either completely failed in the off position, or randomly rebooted my equipment, with nothing in the logs. Hardware issues. Avoid these if you want any semblance of reliability. These were manually triggered only a few times in 12 months.

> 3 dayI have over 50 of these controlling my house, shop, greenhouse, high tunnel and garage. But why did they make the so big that they take up over half of the outlet.

> 3 dayIts hard to know if these devices were used before I got them, maybe something someone else returned, or if they were just packed poorly. They come in a fairly lightweight glossy-paper-board box, and that box was shipped by Amazon in an unpadded plastic envelope, the consistency of a decent garbage bag. The result is that the retail box was close to destroyed and the 2 devices had been banging around in the envelope. They work fine so far, and since they are plugged into outlets at near ground level, the scratches on them are not that obvious. It is not worth trying to return them, but I find it annoying that I pay for something new, but it looks poor when I get it. They paired almost instantly with my zigbee hub, and the built-in repeater function works well. Adding one between my hub and the front door has helped to make my zigbee lock more reliable.

> 3 dayAll in all, not a bad product. Integration with Smart things goes well once you figure out what to call it (some instructions included with the device would have helped, but easy to Google). Once installed, seems to be solid. My only gripe is that the LED on the side is obnoxiously bright. Makes it impossible to use in a bedroom or dark environment without tape. Would have been a better product with no LED at all.

> 3 dayNot too expensive. I assume they have to pay licensing fees for Zigbee use. But I chose these over plain WiFi types because I prefer general capability to use with things like now defunct Iris or deserving to be defunct SmartThings etc. hubs. These devices paired to the SmartThings hub in seconds while Samsung’s own devices are a nightmare to pair. They instantly were noticed by Alexa and work great daily. Longevity I cannot comment on at present. But I’m ordering the 4-pack of these now.
