06-06-2025For smart home I am not usually a fan of Zigbee products as 2.4 Ghz interferes with them, but if you have these near your hub they work fine. They are also quite small which makes them even better, and compared to Z-wave they are quite inexpensive.

> 3 dayThe plugs seem to work well so far - Im using them for a couple of small fans. Worked fine with Zigbee2MQTT - just set it to allow devices to join and plugged them in, then they joined instantly. They show up as eWeLink SA-003 in Zigbee2Mqtt and Home Assistant.

> 3 dayI love everything about these plugs except that I wish you could plug two in the wall, one on top of the other because when you plug one in it takes up too much space and it’s hard to find something else to plug underneath it or above it.

Greater than one weekThese cost-effective zigbee plugs worked as expected out of the box. Im using one to control a lamp in the house, and one to control a string of party lights on the patio.

> 3 dayAfter receiving the items I found that they didnt connect properly to Smartthings. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded. They apologized and sent me an updated version which works perfectly with Smartthings. I would not hesitate doing business with CMARS again. Great people to deal with.

> 3 dayThey work, but the range is short so they are not good repeaters. I ended up replacing all of them with Innr plugs which have a far more reliable signal.

Greater than one weekIve purchased these smart plugs two times. They show up as model SA-003-Zigbee. The first set, the plugs announce themselves as device type 0x0009 (Mains Power Outlet). ZHA integration in Home Assistant put them under the switch domain. This is all well and good. The second set, the plugs announce themselves as device type 0x1000 (On/Off Light). ZHA integration in Home Assistant put them under the light domain. Not so good, because theyre not controlling lights. Generally speaking you can sort-of work around the difference in domains, but it would be MUCH better if they all had been device type 0x010a (On/off plug-in unit)

> 3 dayThey work wonderfully, paired effortlessly, and even show up as on-off lights in the hue app, so you can control them with the various automation features.
