works will on most woods , but has tear out on red oak

Very high quality router bit.

This bit works great, ordered it for multiple pattern routing and it certainly didn’t let me down.

Just as described.

Its a workhorse. Very easily slices through red oak with a 2 1/4hp table router. Worked through interior arch grain very well, it was pretty forgiving. Alot of the straight flush trim bits will grab the grain and destroy your piece if you go to far before flipping your template. I could get very very close and even go against some of the grain without any damage to the piece and any dangerous kick back.

Double bearings, so convenient!

The router bit arrived in a corrosion condition. Protective paint partially missing.

If you are using this for it’s intended purpose, you will not be disappointed. Have had this but for several years and it works perfectly. Very happy with it and will be purchasing another to keep in reserve.

This does not cut quite flush, also doesnt leave a smooth cut, should be sharper. I have others Ive used for a few years that are sharper than these new.

I used this flush bit to cut the faces of 2x8s for a farm house table. It did an outstanding job!
