> 3 dayThis is without a doubt a bag that has been thought out in design except for the size. It is anything but small. It is so well made and the features are many as has been detailed in other reviews. It is so study and will hold up for years if not decades to come. BUt it is Huge!!! I took it out of the box, opened it up and could fit my entire wordwobe for a year in there. Very deceiving. I am a flight attendant and have traveled exclusively with TravelPro and this bag is equal in quility to my flight bag. However I need a smaller lighter bag for travel in Europe this summer. I have measured this and the demensions are indeed 21inches high. But it is easily 15inches wide and 10inches deep. Which is over the permitted size for really any carry on. And its heavy. I dont have a scale but it has to be 9 lbs and is just as heavy as my flight bag which is 9-10lbs. Its a great buy for $100. I just wish is was smaller because it just has so many great features. It just doesnt meet my needs.

> 3 dayThis is my second one. These bags are amazing. I used to buy Tumi but this has won me over. I love the skate board wheels. Its super study and the perfect maximum size for carry-on.

> 3 dayYou want handles? This thing has got them! On all sides. The inside is endless storage somehow. Skate wheels that can be replaced! My 3yo son has put the handle through at least 3000 extensions and retractions and it doesnt feel the littlest bit loose. the top pocket is separate from the main one and is great for liquids for TSA purposes or for shoes or easy bacon access. the large front flap is great as you can slide a hoodie up in there and when you need it on the plane you can just, zip zip, hoodie time, without having to take it out of the overhead bin. It has been checked a dozen or so times as well and doesnt show any real wear, just some dirt and scuffing but nothing that a licked finger rub wont fix. The handle does take up some space in the main compartment but i just load socks and skivvies in the grooves and then load packing cubes on top. 10/10 would buy again but I doubt Ill need another suitcase any time soon.

> 3 dayOrdered the Medium and have taken 4 flights with it. Fit in overhead storage on United + Delta with no issues. This bag is very lightweight and compact in comparison to my previous roller suitcase. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayOverall I really like the bag, but the construction lacks durability for the price. I was sold on the lifetime warranty and customer service, but when it came down to it, that did not exist. After 2 emails, 4 texts, 0 responses, and lugging my suitcase through the airport because of a broken handle, I gave up and bought a replacement part. I’ll look at more reliable brands in the future.

> 3 dayI love the skateboard wheels. They are great and able to tackle all that I have thrown at it so far! The zip-acessible front pocket is genious and very handy. It is a little smaller than my old carry-on but Ill make it work

> 3 dayI love the quiet wheels, and how easily maneuverable the bag is. The zippers are high quality, allowing you to overpack and still zip it closed.
