Greater than one weekHow to use unclear- had to call tech support, they e-mailed me instructions, and it worked fine. The email itself was a little unclear but I eventually figured it out.

> 3 dayIt does what it is supposed to do. Only drawback is that the plastic case it comes in does not have a lid to keep everything from falling out. Not a tool that can just be tossed in your toolbox for later.

> 3 dayGot it into the mail, unpacked it and put the battery in (gotta take off the mic AND the battery cap. If you dont have a piece with a little spring sticking out you havent taken it apart correctly, look at the diagram on the packaging better), attached the signal piece to the one I wanted to connect to in the house and screwed the mic in to each of the mystery ones outside until it beeped sharply. Marked them both with a colored zip tie and now I am able to swap my modem around where I wanted

> 3 dayIt is hard for me to find the time to write reviews, but felt compelled to force myself to leave feedback on this item. We just bought a new house and there were more than a two dozen disconnected coaxial cables in our attic. I spent hours trying to find the main service line with NO luck. I hooked this item up to the main service line outside, took the removable speaker up into the attic and five minutes later our internet was hooked-up. It would have taken me days had I used the any mini miny moe method! This item has already paid for itself even if I never use it again!
