The breeze goes right through it, to keep you cool. Time will tell how durable it is, given how thin the material is. So far so good.

> 24 hourWore it on a 10mile hike in hot sun with limited tree cover. Kept me cool and protected. Wish the hood had a drawstring or elastic. Kept falling off head. Thumb holes would be good too to keep hands covered in hot sun. Otherwise worked very well.

> 24 hourFor those sensitive to the sun, Columbia shirts and pants are wonderful and provide great UPF protection. My husband wore this shirt nearly every day on a vacation in Mexico. It is generously cut and is lightweight and breathable. The hood provided his neck the extra sun protection that a regular shirt or hat cant provide. It also dries quickly. Great purchase.

> 24 hourI have a few of these shirts and they are perfect for fishing. From my experience, Columbia products (jackets, shirts, t-shirts) run somewhat large, so I always order one size smaller, and then it fits just fine.

> 24 hourJust spent a week down in south Florida fishing. And my PFG compared to other fishing shirts were lighter, cooler, and more comfortable. However I read several reviews about how hard these shirts are to stain. However after 1 trip they white had mud spots on it that simply didnt wash out. A little disappointing. Would have given a higher review had it not stained so easy.
