> 3 dayThe Good: This hoodie is awesome for what it is. A FISHING HOODIE. (PFG = Performance Fishing Gear). For a day on the river or the ocean, it blocks the sun perfectly, is made up of a very lightweight and breathable material that dries pretty quick. Ive worn it on the rivers of South America and its held up GREAT. The Bad: This shirt is NOT as breathable and cooling as many other long sleeve options out there. Its great on the water, or with a good breeze. But in high humidity, high heat, less breezy climates, you will find yourself getting a little sweaty and warm. There are other, much better wicking fabrics available that really do an incredible job of keeping you cool in the sun, but this one only gets so-so marks in that category. For warm, sweaty climates without a breeze, I highly recommend the ExOfficio Mens Exo Dri Crew Long Sleeve Shirt, AISN B002FU6WEG instead of the Columbia PFG. Sun protection is a little less, (20 vs 50), however in practical use Ive NEVER been burned wearing it. Only problem is that ExOfficio only makes the hoodie version of this shirt in small, limited seasonal runs. So if youre lucky enough to find one, get it quick while you can! I only have the long sleeve version, and I still always prefer it to the Columbia when Im working outdoors in the South American sun, even if i have to tie an extra t-shirt around my head for head/neck sun protection. The Columbia gets pulled out only for river/ocean use. A note about the SIZING: Like many reviewers have mentioned previously, these run a size larger than average. I wear a medium to large t-short, and this Columbia hoodie in a Small fits me a little loose.

> 3 dayJust went on a cruise to Bahamas. Spent all day every day in the sun. Used 0 sunscreen had 0 sunburn. And I burn pretty easy. Im amazed that I dont even have tan lines on wrist or neck. My 10 year old son used a similar cheaper shirt. And he had 0 issues

> 3 dayIt says large but its an extra large so it fits me big if you get it get a smaller size trust me other people has had the same problem and the quality is pretty decent it does what it says love the blue color
