> 3 dayThis thing is EXCELLENT for summer heat. I wear the White, Red or Black and all of them are actually cooler than a cotton T. I am an active 61 330 lb former college linebacker. I wear 44 inch pants and 3 or 4 xl (tall) shirts. I bought this as 4x and worried that it would be too short. It is not. Worn with a compression T underneath I can go into 100 degree weather and be cooler than when in a coaching t shirt. I am in Sacramento, CA where summer temps regularly exceed this. I play pickleball and do other outside activities in full sun with these and I am cool as the other side of the pillow. If you are large and have problems with your belly getting into everything and staining, DO NOT order the white. Unless you plan to tie-dye it!

> 3 dayAs stated in the title, these UV shirts are not perfect, but they are the best I’ve tried. They protect quite well from the sun. I use these on 8 hour surf fishing days and on multi-day boat fishing trips and these have helped to protect my skin from sun damage. However, it is still not perfect. The sides and sleeves are a bit too loose and the material (while thin) does not breathe all that well and traps heat. I have tried many other Amazon UV shirts and UV shirts from some of the other big name fishing companies, and this has been the best for the price.
