They run alittle large but get normal size if you’d like a shirt underneath. Size down if you want a tighter fit. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayAs stated in the title, these UV shirts are not perfect, but they are the best I’ve tried. They protect quite well from the sun. I use these on 8 hour surf fishing days and on multi-day boat fishing trips and these have helped to protect my skin from sun damage. However, it is still not perfect. The sides and sleeves are a bit too loose and the material (while thin) does not breathe all that well and traps heat. I have tried many other Amazon UV shirts and UV shirts from some of the other big name fishing companies, and this has been the best for the price.
