I have had more than 15 spine surgeries and my low back and both SI joints are fused. Sitting down for more than a few minutes on anything other than special and very expensive furniture. My office chair, which is the best we could find did a good job, but it was still hard to sit for more than an hour. This pad significantly improved my comfort level and significantly reduced my pain. I was actually pleasantly surprised since I did not expect it to work out so well. Easy On The Tush

I purchased this for my mom because of her chronic back pain. She’s had back surgery and rehab and so on. Her back is better but not by much. She still deals with daily pain. The cushion I’ve bought her has given her SO MUCH RELIEF! It’s made well so she can take it outside on the back patio, when she drives or chilling out watching tv. She was so thrilled by the pillow. I purchased 2 of these for my delivery vehicle since I spend a lot of time behind the wheel and sometimes the wife comes with and it’s hard for her to be comfortable for extended rides. I decided to try this cushion after reading the many good reviews and a fair price for it I tried out the first one for a day and ordered the second one later that same night. They definitely take the pressure off your lower back and provide sturdy but comfortable support for your body while seated.
