I work from home and sit at my desk 40+ hours a week. I just now realized that it was 3 years ago tomorrow that I bought my first ComfiLife cushion for my desk chair, which I love! This cushion has held up so well for 3 years and is still as supportive and comfortable as the day I bought it. Plus, the cover is removable for washing, which keeps it looking new. I need one for a second chair, and I wouldnt even consider buying any other cushion!

I had tried another gel egg crate type cushion and that was neither enough cushion nor support. So I bought one of these Gel Enhanced Seat Cushions and liked it so much that I bought a second one for a different chair. I didnt want to have to tote the cushion back and forth, so decided a second one would be better. Due to scoliosis and osteoarthritis pain in back and hips I needed more cushion that is also supportive, and this Gel Enhanced Seat Cushion is the one for me.

I recently got this and will continue to try it for a few days to see if it softens a bit when the memory foam settles in place, but right now its almost too hard to be comfortable. I also think the center should be wider and this should be a bit long too. Its okay, but it wasnt quite what I was expecting. Four stars because I think it might work for someone else, but I ended up returning it because it wasnt comfortable for me.

The cushion is really comfortable for my butt, but it hurt my balls because of the middle cushion push my balls upward while my butt sink in the cushion.

Im a bigger fella and Im not used to sitting all day. This healed my tailbone pain and helped circulation. Makes a good pillow too, Im going to get another one so I dont have to smell my own butt when I sleep on it under my desk.

I am using it after back surgery, hoping to prevent sciatica pain.
