Bought this hoping my sciatica pain would subside. Ive had this seat for a week and I wish I had bought this 6 months ago. This seat has reduced the amount of pain to a minimum after sitting for long periods. Before this seat I would get up from sitting and get sharp pains down to my heals. Now that has been reduced to almost no pain, I would definently recommend this if youre having problems with sciatica.

This pillow was amazing. I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this pillow and when I sat on it the first time. The instructions say that it will eventually form to your butt, and it quickly did. After a couple of days I could sit pain free for extended periods of time. I believe that having this pillow and not putting pressure on my tailbone while it was healing helped it heal faster. I have had a tailbone injury before, and that injury was not as severe as this most recent one. The first injury took almost 6 weeks before I could comfortably sit. With this pillow I am feeling almost 95% after three weeks. Really worth the investment.

We took a road trip to Las Vegas this month as I cant fly. Ive always had lower back problems with my hip too. I took a chance and bought this in hopes that my lower back would not go out. I still cant believe that my back never went out and my hip was fine too after being in a car for 35 hours, 3 1/2 days each way.
