> 3 dayEasy to assemble, and it helps me keep other stuff on my bench from encroaching on my printers working area, and a fire resistant enclosure gives peace of mind. Seems to hold heat in well. With my bed set to 60C and nozzle at 215C, temp inside the enclosure rose to over 80F in a short period of time. Im hoping that it will rise high enough to help with ABS print adhesion.

> 3 dayPrinting carbon based filaments is really easy now that I can keep the ambient temps up- love it!

Greater than one weekI have been fighting curling of my printed parts for weeks (Im new to this 3d printing). Sometimes I would get a good print and sometimes not. I tried most of the printing beds out there including glue. The only glue that worked was Airwolf3d bed glue. So, I was tired of working so hard and I decided to try this enclosure. According to what I have found, something like this will give you repeatability with good 3d printing. Well, I can tell you, this should one on everyones list to purchased along with the 3d printer. It works great! I get NO curling at all, it quiets down the fans, keep out off it and most importantly, keep the environment stable (stable temps) with no drafts affecting the parts. Should have got this a long time ago....

> 3 daySurprisingly well made enclosure- it has a soft rubbery canvas lined with what loos like fiberglass- no smells from printer when closed and helps muffle the sound.

Greater than one weekI almost purchased the smaller of the two enclosures, but based on feedback from others with the Ender 5 I went with the large. Large is an understatement! There is plenty of room inside, plus room for the spool to either be side mounted or top mounted. My printer pretty much sits in the back-right corner nearest to the round vent opening because I relocated the power/electronics and LCD to OUTSIDE the tent. Temps when printing SPLA, PETG, or ABS were in the 100 degree range so I did not want the sensitive electronics to be harmed or risk failures. The stock cables were just long enough when placing the power box as indicated in the photos. The Z axis motor cable is the shortest of the bunch and just barely makes the stretch. I had already replaced my extruder motor cable to setup direct drive so I dont know if the stock cable is long enough or not.... As for stable temps, I am no longer having prints warp on the corners, adherence to the heated glass bed is amazing! It does cut down on noise, but not really all that much. Its definitely quieter, but my main reason to get it was the stable ambient temperatures allowing me to have less wasted prints due to warping and other temperature related defects. There was one small issue with the seams of the zipper, but the seller was very quick to respond and is shipping another tent (minus the poles) to replace this one. Very quick response, very satisfied with the entire process so far!

> 3 dayI professionally design & prototype products. I have multiple enclosures that i insulate with r20 insulation & heat to 50c for flawless ABS/ASA prints. I use a space heater to quickly bring the enclosure up to temp and then a 150 watt “lizard lamp” with an inkbird temp controller to maintain the temp & it works great. My normal enclosure vendor was out, so I thought I would try the creality one & I was disappointed. The “fireproof” foil material they use is half the thickness when compared to the other less expensive enclosures that I get from UXTGR. The super thin foil lining they use became quickly scorched from the heat lamp I use to maintain temp. My other enclosures from UXTGR with the exact same heating setups have had no such issues at even higher temps. There was also black die stains on the window that will not come off and it had loose stitching in multiple places as well. If you plan on heating your enclosure safely or want it to hold heat more effectively I would recommend looking elsewhere. I noticed it gets a lot of good reviews, but I don’t think the majority of those folks have actually compared it to any other enclosures. Creality makes great printers for the money, but when it comes to fire retardant enclosures - thicker foil is better & imo they fell way short on this one. I have included a couple pics to show the heat lamp setup & the scorch marks that I found underneath it. Hope this review helps you find the right enclosure & gets you those perfect prints!
