Comotomo Silicone Replacement Nipple, Medium Flow, 3-6 Months, 2 Count

These used to be great, now I have purchased 12 in the last couple no the and all but 2 have busted at the nipple tip, causing the babies to choke from too much liquid when they drink. When I check, they will have one to 3 slits in them were they bust. They are making them too cheap now. I have lost a ton of money. I need to return these ones. Very disappointed cause these are the only bottles I have. Im switching brands now.

Comotomo got almost everything right with this nipple (It can even be used with eh Ola Baby bottles). That said they should also learn from the Ola Baby nipple design! Once Ola Baby makes a slow flow nipple that is actually slow flow I am going to ditch the Comotomo nipples (but because of the price difference ill use the Ola baby nipples with the comotomo bottles since they are exactly he same in function and non-toxic material)

Its amazing. My kid loves it and so do I. This makes him actually use his bottle. A friend recommended it. N now here I am recommending it to everyone with kids

I have use this brand for all my kids, they are very soft and similar to nipple

We use these for mason jar bottles. They fit perfectly and the seal is great. Because of the vents, cleaning them requires a bit of consistency to make sure you clean around the vents well. My baby loves these. There was another brand of nipple that fits the mason jar bottles but she prefers these because the nipple is longer

I love these for breast fed babies. Hes had no problem going back & forth between the breast & bottle. You can use a small mouth mason jar & ring. The only thing I wish they would change is somehow marking the nipples. Without putting water through I have no idea if its a fast, medium, or slow flow. Ive taken to coloring the mason jar rings to differentiate between the three different sizes I have.

We really love these and all Comotomo products. Our son had no issues with gas or anything of that sort that can sometimes be attributed to bottles, which is what attracted us to Comotomo in the first place. Specifically regarding the replacement nipples, these fit right into the existing bottles we had with that came with the 3-6 month nipples and it was very nice the first time he had a bottle with these since the additional hole obviously allows him to get the fluid out that much faster. Advice if you care to heed it: As with moving from the first stage nipples with one hole to the second stage nipples with two holes, you may want to hold you baby a bit more upright at first for your baby to get used to the increased flow of fluid. It didnt take long at all for our son to get used to either switch, but the first few drinks he kind of coughed up as I think the increased amount with each gulp was unexpected and may have gone directly into his throat and caused a little gag reflex.

Great replacement nipple so you dont have to buy more extra bottles

Used this comotomo bottle with both my girls. The quality of the nipples are great. Even when my 3 year old was at the teething stage it held up for a while before she bit through.

My baby Is a full-time breastfeed when I’m not Home. The perfect nipple mimics a mother’s breastfeeding. Love it.
