Buyer Beware! Paid full price and received a product that was obviously cut opened. The plastic and box were cut along the bottom so it was not immediately seen. I was sold a used item.

I wanted to add this review for other parents attempting to feed their babies plastic free. I exclusively breastfeed my daughter, and due to an over supply, have to pump several times per day. Occasionally we give her a bottle of my pumped milk to make up for a missed feed or just so I can have a break. We bought these 4 oz glass mason jars from Walmart, and because of other reviews I saw here, bought these nipples to fit the jars. They fit perfectly, do not leak, and she prefers these nipples to the one on the life factory bottles. I highly recommend these nipples, especially for breast fed babies. A note on the jars: We freeze my milk directly in these jars, with the metal lid. Then thaw and replace the lid with the como tomo nipple. I hope this is helpful for other parents who want to avoid plastic.

I was confused as to the difference between 6 months, FAST FLOW (6 MOS. AND UP), and Variable Flow, VARIABLE FLOW (6 MOS. AND UP). After much googling, it turns out Comotomo has exactly four model numbers on sizes: * NT1H - 1 hole, slow flow (0-3 months) * NT2H - 2 holes, medium flow (3-6 months) * NT3H - 3 holes, fast flow (6 months) * NTVF - Y cut, variable flow (thicker fluids) So some of the same sizes are listed under different descriptions for some odd reason. Hopefully thisll save someone from wasted time or from ordering the wrong nipple. A note about flow rate. The Comotomo nipples do seem slower than nipples of other brands. I dont find this a bad thing, as it seems that the flow is much more consistent than the nipples of some other brands. Will report back once I get the variable flow one and do some comparison against the fast flow. -- EDIT 01/10/2013 -- Meant to report back earlier about the variable flow vs the 3 hole, but... Either way, unless youre actually using the variable flow for thicker fluids, Id recommend using the 3-hole instead as its more consistent. The speeds are fairly similar otherwise.

Just as good as original from the bottle. Had to buy this because we lost a bottle and top, but had an extra bottle without the top.

Very quick, ready, simple way to have a plastic free baby. All I did was but this pack of replacement nipples. I used my own mason jars and rings. I loved it. I would recommend.

Im a first time mom and went through a ton of trial and error before finding the perfect bottle. I have easily tried over 10 different brands of bottles. Finally, I found Comotomo and havent looked back. Comotomo bottles were instantly a hit with my daughter. One of the biggest issues I ran into with bottles was the milk flow was just too fast. Even bottles that claimed to be slow flow, would end up making my baby choke or gag, with milk running down her mouth as she tried to keep up with the flow. Tommee Tippee, Dr. Browns, Avent..they all were too fast. Others had awful nipples (Munchkin Latch) that constantly collapse. Enter Comotomo. Everything about Comotomo bottles are amazing, but to me, the best part is the nipple. Its what really sets this bottle apart from the rest. The silicone is soft and thick. Very well made. These nipples are truly wide mouth. They NEVER collapse. The dual vents are amazing for preventing gas/spit-up. And these are extremely easy to clean. These nipples also never get the permanent fog that seems to appear on a lot of other nipples. The fog that never goes away no matter how well you clean them. My baby has a very strong sucking reflex. So, we used the 0-3 month nipple, which has one hole until she was about 6 months old. Then we switched to the 3-6 month nipple, which has two holes. She is now 9 months old and we still use the 3-6 month nipples. I dont think she will need to use a nipple beyond 3-6 months, ever. She currently can finish a 6oz bottle in about 8 minutes. These replacement nipples are perfect for allowing me to still use my 5oz Comotomo bottles. For some reason I prefer the 5oz bottles over the 8oz bottles. Dont get me wrong, I love the 8oz ones, but I just prefer the look and feel the the 5oz bottles. PS..The 5oz bottles actually will hold 6.5 ounces if filled all of the way up.

I absolutely love these nipples for my newborn! Its the only nipples Ive found that is actually slow flow! My baby would have bottles gone in less than 5 minutes with other brand bottles ive tried. These nipples actually make him take his time eating to help swallow less air. Only issue is I wish the nipple was more off center. You practically have to lay the baby flat on his back to finish the bottle..

Good, but the valves are tricky to clean and I did break one being too forceful.
