The first bag I received had some damage, but the seller replaced the bag in a timely manner. I like the gray and brown design which goes well with most of my outfits. The colors are also true to whats shown on Amazon. The bag has so many pockets to keep everything organized and easy to locate. Its so versatile, functional and minimalist looking. I hate switching between bags, and this bag solves that problem. I can use it for work and travel!

As a businesswoman, I always strive to look my professional best. After an extensive search for a smart-looking Messenger Bag that would fit my laptop, I was very impressed with, and purchased, your CoolBELL Messenger Bag, from Amazon.com. However, this good feeling has quickly turned to disappointment with the bag and the CoolBELL brand because in just a few months of being used sparingly, the bag has become unusable - one of the straps is virtually unstitched from the body of the bag. I believe the defect existed when the bag left the factory because (1) the strap should not have unstitched at all, because I have only used the bag infrequently and do not put much into it when I do use it, and (2) the unstitched area is under a fold in the bag, so that it was not easily visible when it left the factory and when I received it. The bag is unusable without the strap. Because this problem is a factory quality control and workmanship issue, I would appreciate if you would send me a replacement bag. I will be happy to return the defective bag if you send me a postage pre-paid return mailing label. I love the bag. I use it to carry my work laptop and I do not have complains.

Awesome bag! Everything has a place inside and easy to find. Loooooove the ability to wear it as a backpack without any extra steps.

What I look for in a working case is storage comfort and style. This is pretty close to excellent. There are more expensive convertible cases but this one is right on the money for what it can do and its versatility. Normally I carry it as a shoulder bag. Recently I got to use the backpack functions and it worked great, lots of padding in the straps which was great for all the extra weight I was carrying. I ended up walking for the better part of 6 hours with this bag in backpack mode and even with all my electronics it was comfortable. I am missing some pockets that can lock stuff down either by zipper or velcro. Otherwise a great bag.

Pretty good all around laptop bag. Two main sections, one with a padded laptop sleeve and space for a book or tablet; the other section has pockets for peripherals or a power cable. Large outside pocket too. you can use this as a backpack if youd like, but if, like me, you use it as a messenger bag, the backpack straps are easily hidable. Strap mounts are reinforced and so I dont have a concern for its medium-term durability. If anything, the only problem is with the second sleeve, once you have irregularly shaped objects in the pockets such as a laptop charger or mouse it is a little difficult to get too much else stuffed into that side of the bag.

I like this bag, but I ordered it in two colors and Im glad I did because they are very different fabrics. The canvas one reminds me of my dads bag in 1985, so its not cool - especially for a woman. It looked like the light gray was a different fabric, but it was hard to tell online, so I ordered it and was happy that its a lighter weight smooth material with a linen look to the weave. The zipper pulls are big and shiny and a bit noisy, so I replaced them with silicone colored ones and it looks much cooler (and not as cheap). I also replaced the shoulder strap with a patterned one and it helps it not look so boring. With these adjustments Im happier with the look and Im able to enjoy the awesome functionality of this bag without feeling like its lame. Ive had several other laptop bags and my requirements are lots of compartments to keep things separated and organized so I dont have to dig for everything. I also need the slip for the roller bag on the back for traveling. I love the fact that I can also convert this bag to so many different carrying options. I dont use backpacks, but I like having the option with this bag so when getting on/off planes Im not hitting people with my messenger style bag. I search far and wide for a new bag after a recent long trip and this was the best I found - at any price point. It would be nice if it had a water bottle holder though. BTW - I was also looking for a vegan bag, which reduced my options since leather is hard to avoid.

I use this everyday for work and for travel as well. It does a decent job for business trips and I really like the multiple orientations and ways to hold the bag. You can fit a good amount of materials in the bag. The only issue that I have is that it gets very linty.
