Corel Painter Essentials 5 Digital Art Suite for PC and Mac (Old Version)

For the Price, you get more than enough features to learn Digital art, I highly recommend a drawing tablet with it.

I had a problem getting this program to run, getting a missing .ddl file message and assumed that I needed Windows 10 to run it. But when I did the same thing happened. I found however that if I ran the program from its own directory or the Start Menu it would run. It would not run from the Desktop icon I created. The program unlike many others does not put an icon on the desktop.

Bought it for a Christmas gift. Love it. Works great with the drawing tablet.

Very basic. It was hard for me to use as a beginner. It took me forever to figure out how to see and work with layers. If I was drawing over a picture, I had a hard time figuring out how to use a color. It kept wanting to use the same color underneath rather than a different color.

Actually prefer 4.

This software is a glorified version of Paint, as far as Im concerned. It wouldnt install on my Windows 7 PC, though it says it should. On my Windows 8 laptop I had to download it from the code.
