Good program

The companies customer service is a joke. I got this for my wife for Christmas. Tried to install and it told me invalid code. Been dealing with customer service for over a week abd no results. They keep giving me solutions to issues not related with my ptoblem. I was really excited to see what my wife can do with this but I am very disappointed. Id give it a zero star but I cant.

Will not work with my daughters drawing huion tablet. Said it would but it does not. When she draws there is a really long lag . It is impossible. I am sad we wasted our money . Don’t buy. I can’t return cause we waited to open it until her birthday and now the window is closed.

I bought this program because I have a Mac ... I cannot open the program ... I am waiting for my son-in-law to do it for me... I am so disappointed

Painter Essentials 5 simply refuses to launch, even after numerous reboots and reinstalls of the program. It sits in the running processes and eats up a hefty chunk of your processor (40% on average) but never actually DOES anything. Not even a splash screen appears. This is, hands-down, the worst piece of software Ive ever encountered - at least everything else RUNS. For those who are curious about my hardware, Im doing this on a Surface Pro 1 that has proven to be an incredible device for artistic endeavors. Painter failing to run is pretty disappointing.

This is my first experience using the Corel Painter program. I am a novice when it comes to using video and photography editing software, though I enjoy learning new things like this and hope to develop my skills enough that one day Ill be posting more videos and photos with my amazon reviews!

enjoyable software.....good for the price

I had a problem getting this program to run, getting a missing .ddl file message and assumed that I needed Windows 10 to run it. But when I did the same thing happened. I found however that if I ran the program from its own directory or the Start Menu it would run. It would not run from the Desktop icon I created. The program unlike many others does not put an icon on the desktop.
