If I could rate less than a single star, for this product I would. Please, I’m warning you right now, you will be disappointed ordering this as I am now. It’s frustrating to have put up a whole PC just to have your power supply be completely dead. After running tests, we’ve come to the definite conclusion that this product was garbage. The box had rips and was sticky and in very poor condition while receiving it. When we opened it, two screws came out from inside it and while installing it, it would not even run at all. Completely dead! So if you are thinking of buying this, DON’T! Waste of money, waste of time. Never been so disappointed. Built many PCs and never had this problem. Never trusting them again. As I said already, do not buy!

i7 CPU, 6800XT, et al, no problems

I really don’t have any mechanical issues with Corsair PSU’s (I have an HX1000 and RM750x) but the cables are so stiff it’s unreal. It’s a hassle to bend the ends to connect to your motherboard to route your cables out of sight. Please use more flexible cables or it would be cool to include a flexible extension. Ultimately they do work well, just a bit hard to bend and route the cables.

Amazing product BUT amazon didn’t even put it in a box and sent it to me in the original packaging and it was all beat up... hope it lasts...

Its a great product! Ive got nothing really bad to say about it, it is very quiet and had no issue to power my high end pc with it. My only issue Ive had with it are the cable they offer: They are really stiff. While they give a feel like they will be very durable, they are rather hard to work with when you do cable management and plugging them in, even more when you need to bend them in the slightest. But once its done, they are as good as any cable really. in the end, I would recommend, you cant go wrong with it.

Have run it for 4 months ... no issues ... its quite and as cool as can be expected at its wattage level.

Corsair is great brand, i have RAM of same brand but this was unfortunate. It was DOA and i had really hard time figuring out if there was issue with my built. I was so scared if my mother board had issue or my processor is not good or i did not wired everything proper. but after some trial and error and with help of my old PC power supply i found out that this was cause and replaced with other brand unit!

I used this product to replace the PSU in my Dell Studio pc. It fit, but not perfect. Also, the fan is very noisy but it works.

Cant say how it handles if it fails because it hasnt yet. However, the ten year warranty gives me peace of mind.
