Greater than one weekTossed around the idea of getting some of a cheaper brand, but finally settled on this. I definitely cant complain! Its blazing fast; a solo performer. Ive noticed a significant increase in spead and productivity, especially when rendering video. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI usually wait a year or two to upgrade the memory on my macbook pros. Partly, Im hoping that prices for memory drop. And secondly, I like getting a little extra kick, which makes an old laptop feel new again. I am very pleased with how fast my 13-inch, Mid 2012 macbook pro is running with this memory upgrade to 8 GBs. The 4 GB that came with the computer were no where near enough power. I was constantly getting the beach ball to do the simplest of tasks. I kept everything close, and still the each ball appeared. Apple had no other suggestions, even after doing exptensive diagnosis and reboot the hard drive. So I am so pleased with the speed of these chips, which was recommended in another Amazon review. Thanks to those other reviewers.
