I ordred this ram to upgrade my brand new 27 inch iMac to 32gb (purchased 2 sets). I can say that it did help my performance alot from the standard 8gb that apple provides. I opened up all my apps on computer at once and everything loaded with in seconds and my computer was still just as fast and responsive, it probably doesnt hurt since i also have the full ssd upgrade. I would definetley recomend this product to any new iMac owner, it definetley is alot cheaper then the 600 apple charges for the upgrade, i would also pair this with an ssd or fusion drive ( hybrid ssd/hdd ) if you really want to make your computer fly.

Got two sets to upgrade my Sager/Clevo 17.3 laptop to 16gb for video editing.

My G6 laptop mentions that it only supported 8GB of ram. I did a bit of research and some people said it worked and 1 forum post said it worked for a different G6 laptop.

Easily swapped this into my mid 2012 15 Macbook Pro (non retina). Installed in minutes and was up and running with no problems. Checked About This Mac and read as 16gb RAM.

Memory was causing kernel panic initially, browser tabs crash downloaded some Steam games and the games does not start, it says some files are corrupted, have to re-download them. Used Apple Diagnostic (option+d on boot up), it said it has a problem with the memory module. Reseated the memory. Used Rember a dozen or so different times with different configurations. Found 2 of the sticks were bad and sent back to Amazon. Started about 2 weeks later to have same issues and ended up seeing that one module was bad and had to send back...

Claims that this is 2666 Mhz but you have to enable an XMP profile for it to work correctly. This is not possible with an iMac to my knowledge. Ordered another brand that is enabled by default.

Fue instalarlas en mi portátil y ya noté la diferencia en la fluidez que tenía. Sin duda esta marca no deja de sorprenderme. Mientras sepas cuál modelo, capacidad y latencia escoger, tu ordenador irá como la seda con estas RAM
