i used this cutter 3 times and still unable to cut perfectly straight. Blade cuts slanted

The filament tube is a little smaller, which fits the filament just right without a lot of space for it to move around.

Contrary to other reviews the silicone socks do fit on the stock creality heater block. The tube also appears to be genuine. The tube comes in a bag with creality branding and a capricorn sticker inside. The tube is 4mm, within 3 hundreths of a mm, outside and it is consistent both along its length and around. I dont have the tools to get a decent measurement of the inside diameter and calculating youngs modulus is too much trouble. The cutter. I have seen pictures of a cutter from capricorn that had their logo molded it. This one does not. There is an area that looks like a stticker could go there or the mold could have a logo added. The cutter works fine. It gives a clean cut and it is flush. All in all a fine product. However I have read articles that say Amazon will mingle product from several sellers and when one is ordered just pick one out of the bin. So, I can not guarantee that what you get will be the same as what I got.

I was really excited that it had they cutter piece so Id be able to have a square cut edge, but the one I got didnt seem to do that very well. Didnt come with any instructions either which couldve been nice.

The attachments to the filament nozzle doesn’t quite fit the screw so you might need to get a metal extruder.

The nozzles look fairly basic brass (which is fine, as theyre consumable), and the Bowden tube replacement is long enough for 2 uses. The cutting tool was probably overkill for this application, but Ill find more use for it. I overlooked the socks when I ordered, so that was a pleasant surprise as mine had come apart a long time ago. The main reason for my order was the hot end Bowden tube coupler. Mine had worn out, and this one seems beefier in comparison. Overall, this is a great value maintenance & upkeep package. I ordered it yesterday afternoon, and had it mid afternoon today. Cant beat that with a stick!

Having new bowden connectors, silicon sock, cutter, and new nozzle in one well priced kit is great. Was able to replace the stock (janky) bowden connectors, PTFE tube and worn out nozzle in one go. And replace the fiberglass insulation taped on with kapton tape with the silicon boot. Very happy with purchase. Took about 10 minutes.
