Creative Grids Log Cabin Trim Tool Two 6in & 12in Blocks Quilt Ruler - CGRJAW2

It was a gift for my daughter and she liked it

Im new to quilting and ordered based on excitement of sister-in-law who used it. Like that it has guides for 6 and 12 Log Cabin quilt blocks.

It uses 2 1/2 inch jelly rolls, but requires they have a straight edge on one side, most jelly rolls have “pinked” edges. Quite a bit of fabric waste, probably better to cut your own strips, it does work as stated, but practice a couple times first.

I love all of there rulers

I like this ruler for the log cabin because it has many videos. Not too good for me for half log cabin. Directions are sparse and no supporting videos. I looked at the creative grids website and there was no way to contact them directly.

It is a very good tool and I look forward to using it on my next quilt.
