Excellent quilting tool. You really get the bang for your buck with this ruler. Two sizes and several different patterns. I know people think they are pricy but they are well worth the money.

Easy to use

I used this ruler to make the curvy log cabin quilt. It made the project fun and accurate. Loved the results

This template is what my pattern required. I like that the markings are easy to see and line up.

At first, I thought using the trim tool to make log cabin blocks in the 12-inch size would make the blocks too big and visually unappealing. I felt an 8-inch or 10-inch size block would have been better. Then I assessed my overflowing mountain of red/white/blue patriotic scraps and yardage that needs to be cut and sewn into charitable quilts for wounded soldiers, and I got busy. My precious stash has been reduced a bit during the couple of weeks of sewing 12-inch blocks. The tool is a great way to use up orphan jelly roll strips. One downside to the trim tool is the high price. I also have problems deciphering the trim tools markings when trimming some multi-color, busy print fabrics.
