My son has sensory issues and doesn’t eat food. Only takes milk and pediasure. So he has trouble pooping a lot and since I have tried this on him to help him get fiber in his diet he has pooped a lot better since.

This works Iike a charm. So good in fact that we brought gummies for my oldest by the same brand. My only issue is that its hard to add to liquids. It clumps up and takes a lot of stirrings & separating clumps which makes sneaking it onto my 3 years olds drinks a little difficult. Ive had more success sneaking it into apple sauce! It doesnt have a taste just lots of texture. I love that it works so well & that its natural. We searches for a solution to constipation after my kid refused to poop for months due to fear and was in so much pain. And after trying miralax which hurt his belly, warm appe juice, kyro syrup, mssages, etc we found this and within the 1st day he was not only going but he wasnt in pain, no cramps, no struggling to push on the potty! He now goes regularly and although he doesnt like to go (he says it boring) he at least isnt in pain. Im so thankful for this company!!

Great but it clumps in some drinks

My toddler has has severe constipation since 1yr old, Ive tried everything from natural remedies to stool softeners and laxatives, my Son use to hold his poop in and it was always a struggle getting him to poop. Yall!!!! When I saw this and I read the reviews I was like ,this must be another gimmick until I tired it. Ive been giving my son this every day at first, now I give him every other day or every 2 days...and let me say, he now goes to the toilet on his own, he never holds his poop in and hes so excited whenever he does #2 in the toilet. I am so relieved and happy I never thought this day will come. Yall I said I am happy!!!! His journey was rough , am only sorry I didnt find this product when his constipation started because hes 3 now. Anyway Buy it, you wont regret it Signed A happy carribean mom.

THIS REPLACED MIRALAX FOR OUR DAUGHTER. And yes, it worked. She struggles with constipation and holding and then has what my wife and I lovingly refer to as scream poops. Take her to the Dr, then a pediatric gastroenterologist and they put her on a cap of miralax a day. Thats A LOT for a little person. She acted weird on it, pain, tummy rumblings and diarrhea. So we stopped the miralax. Big mistake as we were right back in scream poop land which is horrible for all. Then I decided to try this as a replacement. We give her 3 packets a day. I mix it in a little water in her juice cup (2 fingers) and then add 2 fingers of prune juice. This has been a godsend without all the horrible miralax side effects like cramping and behavior issues which she 100% had. As an experiment, I took a capful of the miralax for 2 weeks everyday to see what she was going through and I felt like an awful parent. I had cramping, dizziness, just generally weird feelings. I hated it and Im a pretty normal 41 year old dude with little complaints and a regular build. VERY grateful to have found this for our daughter. * 3 month update: still using these 3X per day and loving the results. Morning, noon and night. Have it on auto deliver.

After 3 months of constipation issues with my 3 yr old potty trained daughter I was at my ropes end and Dr was telling me shed have to take mucilax or something every day... No thank you!! I found this and added it to her yogurt or cereal milk or cottage cheese in the am and to her bottle at night (at first to get her going again.) now I just put a pack in her water bottle and shake it and off she goes! It is totally tasteless!! It is easy to mix into anything. She doesnt mind it at all! It took an all systems go effort (2 packs per day plus pears and kiwi and bran buds and lots of water to get her going again... A few hard poops had to be struggled thru but then after 2 days everything just started softening and feeling and looking like pop snakes like we were hoping for! Now she has been 1 month straight of daily morning poops like clockwork before school. I still give her the bran buds too and 1 pack in her water a day... But now she is good to go potty and happy do it every morning! Thank God! I think this is a great product and Im sure it helped!

3 year old was constantly constipated. Added this to his morning water and have not had issues in months. Is a must have for young children with digestive issues.

My daughter was struggling to go number 2. We had tried every kid laxative out there as well as miralax with no luck. Even took her to the doctor for them to suggest at home enema. We gave my daughter 2 packets of this in her applesauce and she went within 3 hours. Cleared her up great. Now she takes 3 packets of this daily and has no issue with goin to the restroom. I prefer this method over laxatives, suppositories, or enemas.

I’m using this for my constantly constipated 5 year old and allergy prone 10 year old. It seems to help my 5 year old pretty well! My only complaint is it does not dissolve well in cold drinks. I have to put it in slightly warmed water prior to mixing it in cold things to keep it from clumping up…which may defeat its purpose because probiotics shouldn’t be warmed. Culturelle makes these dissolvable packets without fiber that dissolve perfectly. I will probably switch back to those when done with these. I will say my girls don’t know this is in their drinks because it’s flavorless, so that’s a plus!!
