First of all, this is a quality, well-made curling iron that is easy to use and extremely easy on the hair. I needed to find a curling iron that would not damage my hair but also hold a curl. This is it! My hair seems to have a shine to it that wasnt there before and is definitely fuller in look after styling. At the end of the day, my hairstyle does not need a refresh which is a wonderful thing. With the curling iron, you also receive a heatproof glove and mat which turns into a case. This will be so handy for travel. The description on the website indicates it is a professional curling iron and the product does not disappoint! However, it is designed to be used by anyone. It was extremely comfortable in my hand and I did not feel any anxiety using it. From day one I was styling without a learning curve. Second of all, the customer service is amazing! Usually, I purchase a product and never hear from the company again. Not this woman-owned company! Ruth, the owner, texted me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She also made sure I realized I had a substantial warranty on my curling iron. A few days later, she texted me again to see if I was still happy with the curling iron.
