I bought this for overseas travel. It is a great curling iron - it works well - I use it at home and it is a smooth, even heat. When traveling, I had a problem with its functions in one country and contacted customer service upon returning home. They responded immediately and addressed the problem. They are a small business and I was impressed with their dedication to making sure I had a good customer experience.

My old curling iron/wand broke so needed a new one. Looked at all that was available on Amazon. I was impressed with the write up and quality of this wand, so I order it. I just tried it out and TOTALLY loved it. It didn’t pull on my hair and loved the softness of my hair once I was done. I would totally recommend this product. I was in 8th grade when I got my first curling iron and I think these were the very first curling irons (late 1970s) and I loved it then. Got was having my mom put rollers in my hair to sleep in. Ive stopped and started using them over the years, but mostly stopped since most seemed so cumbersome to manage or took too long to heat up or would get too hot and frizzy my hair or just not hot enough to curl it. This curling iron has none of those problems. With my history of curling irons I did not have high hopes for this, but this is truly the easiest to use as well as gentle on my hair. This last point is most important. With fine hair so many of these tools can burn my hair. This one does not. It also doesnt tangle my hair in the clip. I think it may be the ceramic barrel that makes it so nice to curl. I can use high heat to curl and I love how I can gently pull the curl and my hair just glides out without pulling or breaking. Im still practicing to get my curl just right, but each time I use it, I am so happy with it.

This curling iron is great - it heats up fast, has consistent heat, doesn’t damage my thin fine hair, and the cool tip is larger than most so my fingers don’t get burned. The package is beautiful - I almost hated to throw it out! There is a two year warranty which is great - although I don’t think I will need to use it and it seems very high quality! I have also been impressed with the team at Ella Bella. I sent in my warranty info and they have followed up to make sure I am happy with it! Amazing!!!

I am very pleased with this curling iron and I especially appreciate the rubber heat pad that comes with it to protect my counter top.

This is probably one of the best if not the best curling iron I’ve ever owned. I have a lot of trouble with my hair holding a curl for a long time, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem with this curling iron. I can pin curl my hair, and the curls hold for two. I was impressed that I laid down and went to sleep on some of the curls and there was still a hold to them the next day. The owner of the curler and company is so personable as well.

I tried this out immediately after receiving and was so excited with the curls and the hold! Ive been buying cheap curling irons for many years that have always done a great job and assumed that was as good as it got. I was wrong. Though its not necessarily important, this is a very sleek looking iron...you can watch the digital display for the temperature as it heats up (within seconds) and its just nice looking. I have fine, blonde hair (and a lot of it) so it usually took a curl well but didnt hold it...this is definitely holding better than the cheaper curling irons. My one complaint has to be that Im losing a couple hairs per style. My hair is getting stuck somehow within the clamp and iron? But I cant really tell whats happening. Now Im trying to curl and make sure I stay towards the end of the iron so I dont run into that issue and that does seem to help - though Ive always curled my hair so it runs the length of the barrel this is just a bit of an adjustment. That said, its still a great curling iron and worth the money.

I have been very happy with this curling iron. I have tried many different ones in the past and this one lives up to the description. It is very easy to use and does not damage your hair. There are videos available to show how to use the curling iron most effectively which is very helpful! The warranty was a breeze to set up as well. I would highly recommend this curling iron.
