I bought this for a trip to my daughters in Texas. I had it sent directly there. Figured if i didn’t like it I’d just leave it there for her. Love it ended up bringing back home. My hair is long down the middle of my back. Heats up fast and gives me perfect curls! That last no hairspray needed. The only thing I kept turning it off since the on/off heat settings are at the bottom of iron and works by twisting. Once I got the hang of it I had no issues. Heats up fast. I rarely leave reviews ! This is worth the money great value. Customer service is top notch!

First of all, this is a quality, well-made curling iron that is easy to use and extremely easy on the hair. I needed to find a curling iron that would not damage my hair but also hold a curl. This is it! My hair seems to have a shine to it that wasnt there before and is definitely fuller in look after styling. At the end of the day, my hairstyle does not need a refresh which is a wonderful thing. With the curling iron, you also receive a heatproof glove and mat which turns into a case. This will be so handy for travel. The description on the website indicates it is a professional curling iron and the product does not disappoint! However, it is designed to be used by anyone. It was extremely comfortable in my hand and I did not feel any anxiety using it. From day one I was styling without a learning curve. Second of all, the customer service is amazing! Usually, I purchase a product and never hear from the company again. Not this woman-owned company! Ruth, the owner, texted me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. She also made sure I realized I had a substantial warranty on my curling iron. A few days later, she texted me again to see if I was still happy with the curling iron. These cheerful notes have made me a forever client, I can say with certainty, that this is my go-to site for future purchases.

Although I do not use it on a daily basis I can tell you its one of the best out there. It heats up fast and I really like that you can see the temperature display easily and is quick to adjust the settings. I only need to have it on the lowest setting to get the results I need. The iron itself is more substantial than on other I’ve used and creates beautiful lasting curls. I don’t curl my hair often but I’m so glad I bought this one. Customer service has been wonderful as well - very attentive and concerned about customer satisfaction. I’m so thankful this is the one I chose! I look forward to using it for a long time.

Form meets function, this curling irons checks all the boxes. I recently bought one of those trendy air curlers, only to immediately return it. This modern take on an old-school curler looks chic, does the job, and changes temperature based on your heat preference. Well thought out design for usability and customer service is flawless. My only callout? It doesnt come with a pouch or sleeve like some do which would be nice for storage. However, it does come with a rubber pad to prevent counter top burns.

I purchased this wand a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! The curls last all day. Very easy to use. Really good quality. The customer service is off the charts amazing. I scanned the QR code to register the product and immediately heard from Ruth asking how I felt about the wand and inviting me to contact her with any questions. She followed up today checking in again. I have never experienced this level of customer service. I highly recommend this product and this company!
