I have never been good at curling my hair but I got this curling iron and was determined to practice and get better at it. After a week of use, I love this curing iron! I started on low heat like it recommended and ended up working my way up to 260 degrees. This has been a good balance of not having to wait too long to get a curl and not leaving dents in my hair from being too hot. The customer service is above and beyond - thank you Ruth for checking in on me and giving me suggestions. I love that it will turn off by itself if I forget to. I highly recommend this curling iron if you’re a beginner like me or even if you’re more experienced! It is just like the one my hair dresser had at the salon.

I bought this for a trip to my daughters in Texas. I had it sent directly there. Figured if i didn’t like it I’d just leave it there for her. Love it ended up bringing back home. My hair is long down the middle of my back. Heats up fast and gives me perfect curls! That last no hairspray needed. The only thing I kept turning it off since the on/off heat settings are at the bottom of iron and works by twisting. Once I got the hang of it I had no issues. Heats up fast. I rarely leave reviews ! This is worth the money great value. Customer service is top notch!

I am loving my new curling iron from Ella Bella. It arrived promptly and the packaging is gorgeous. This is probably one of the best if not the best curling iron I’ve ever owned. I have a lot of trouble with my hair holding a curl for a long time, but that doesn’t seem to be a problem with this curling iron. I can pin curl my hair, and the curls hold for two. I was impressed that I laid down and went to sleep on some of the curls and there was still a hold to them the next day. The owner of the curler and company is so personable as well.

I wanted to use this for a while before I made a review. I really love the multiple temperatures you can choose, my curls stay all day. The only minor issue is, as I curl my hair I sometime will adjust the temerity settings or turn it off all together. But I’m getting used to it. It also comes with a silicon bag to put your curler away warm, or rest it on the counter.

My days of finding the perfect curling iron are over.....this is the best iron I have every purchased...and I am now 70 years young. To be able to use this curling iron as either a curling iron OR a wand, controls that will not accidently shut off during use due to turn dial control location, the nice long barrel and long handle make this iron the most professional tool plus an actual temperature control (up to 410 degrees, not just HI/LO). It also comes with a protective pad that keeps the iron from moving around when set on sink counter and a protective glove if needed. Another benefit is the unit went from 55 to 300 degrees in less than 1 minute! Remember folks, you get what you pay for. And make sure to register the iron as soon as it arrives as their customer service reps will follow up with you for feedback....and this is a family owned business which gets my total support!

The iron provides great medium waves for my hair that look natural and healthy. My hair is thick and somewhat naturally wavy. The iron helps even out my style. The extra glove and storage mitt have been very handy and were a nice surprise. Even the packaging was a delight. I used the text option to register the product, and the followup customer service was the best Ive had. Highly recommend!
