> 24 hourFor starters, it did not power up at all to even attempt a setup. Though the USB port was working, it never went into setup mode or even allow a full reset via the center button. I dont get it. ***Updated*** I continued fidgeting with it to see why it was not showing any life when it was plugged in. I then thought about testing to see if the two power outlets worked like the USB port did, and wouldt you know, when I plugged in an AC cord to a simple light bulb, it magically woke up and went into setup mode. It was at that time that the instructions were correct in how fast it took to setup. I have no idea why it literally played dead until I checked to see if it actually had any AC running through it like any other power strip. One thing to do, which is talked about at the (very end) of the instruction sheet is that if you intend to voice control this thing, you have to also introduce it as a new device on your Alexa App, or whatever AI you have in place for it to function as a hands free device on your network. If you dont have an AI turning stuff on and off for you via voice command, then the recommended phone app you have to use to install it to your network is an awesome remote control for it. Happy that its not defective, and that I avoided the hassle of a return, but if it were not for my stubbornness at trouble shooting, it would have gone back with the original one star review I gave it for being a DOA unit, to put it precicely.

> 24 hourI ran into issues with the device connecting to my Wifi network through the Android MyDlink app. After a few weeks of back and forth with the dlink support referenced in the package, providing screenshots and error messages, they clearly didnt have an answer to a bug in the app or a bad device. Instead of replacing the product, they suggested I co tac my local dlink representative. I tried to use their support and help them fix the problem, but now I will be returning the faulty product.

> 24 hourWorks great in my horse barn to control fan and electric fence wire. I can turn them on and off from my phone anytime and schedule auto on and off.

> 24 hourTried it 15 times with a nest wifi router.... Reset it over and over and it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I copied it straight from the screen on Google Home with no success. Tried it with my AT&T router. Same problem. Returning this for something I can actually use

> 24 hourI tried two other brands that were manually operated and then discovered this device. I utilize it to control my landscape lighting. Works perfectly and easily resets itself if WIFi is lost.

> 24 hourNeeded them to toggle on/off some USB powered lights. Both of the AC outlets are controllable, but the USB port is just always powered on...

> 24 hourI bought this to control my patio lights. The first one failed and I returned it for another one. This time it worked flawlessly. Now when it starts to get dark all I need to do is pick up my phone to turn them on, even from the spa.

> 24 hourWe use this to control an outdoor Christmas tree each year and it works very well. It was easy to install and program and we have not had any trouble with it.

> 24 hourThe timers were easy to hookup and performed great. The wifi always seemed to hookup well and they survived several rain storms with no issues. Definitely recommend these.
