> 24 hourtried using as a cheap option for my golf simulator, i have a max of 11.6 from the 120 screen to the face of the projector. unfortunately at that distance it looked to be about a 100 display. Ive bought and returned about a dozen cheap projectors off of amazon because either the picture quality was terrible, or the throw ratio wasnt what I needed. This projector had by far the highest picture quality and brightness of all sub $300 projectors Ive tested to date, so I was bummed when i could not get it to work. the 4 direction keystone adjustment is a MUST in my opinion, every other projector I have tried has the 1 manual keystone adjustment, which always means one side (or top and bottom) of the screen has really blurry text. Overall a really nice projector for the money

> 24 hourI recommend this DBPower Projector if you want a decent alternative to a 120 inch TV. This is the king of its class in Projectors. This is why: Cons 1. Remote did not come with AAA batteries. 2. Remote buttons are not back-lit. 3. Must register unit with manufacturer to receive warranty. Pros 1. Instant big screen TV. At a distance of 8 foot the projector displays the same as a 75 inch TV. The further back you go the bigger it gets. Image is still sharp and crisp at 15 feet from wall. 2. Ability to input two HDMi sources. 3. Input from AV stereo source. 4. Input from two USB sources 5. Input from Mobile phone via Miracast or screen share or equivalent. 6. Low operating noise level. 7. It is bright at daytime / office light as well as in a dark room. In conclusion, the DBPower 1080p Projector will delight and enthusiast because of its brightness, contrast, low operating noise level, number of Input sources and price under 300 dollars.

> 24 hourUpdate: the company reached out to me and replaced the projector and the replacement came with a remote! I really appreciate the remote after setting up the first one by using the buttons on the projector. In all it’s a good projector for the price point and the company stands behind it. Start: Projector came and we setup a video, picture was OK, not great but not bad for watching video. Will not focus properly and only a small portion of the screen is actually in focus. Not terrible when youre watching a movie that has changes in focal point but for reading or details its impossible no matter where you place the projector. I set it up and used it a couple times over the last few months and decided to keep it, only later did i realize it was missing parts (no IR remote) and i have not been able to find any way to get in touch with the manufacturer. In short im disappointed in the quality and company for not including all parts. Im past the return window so im stuck with it now as is.

> 24 hourWe have loved this little projector from the first day. It is lightweight with a clear picture outside even if the full moon is out. It has especially great audio for a projector in this price range. For the money, you would be hard pressed to find a better model. It is the answer to our search for a private outdoor *drive-in* and has made family time a whole lot of fun.

> 24 hourThis is my 4th try at finding a good sub $300 projector that can be used for home theater and for web browsing. I use my projector to stream movies/tv as well as browse the web (windows pc, hdmi). The other 3 projector brands (also sub $300) worked adequately for movies/tv, but failed miserably at rendering clear and focused text. This was my last try, if unsuccessful I was ready to step up to the over $500 price range. Glad I gave this brand a try. Reason it did not get 5-stars: there is no User setting for contrast, brightness, or picture mode; you have to live with the out-of-the-box image settings.

> 24 hourWe’ve had some great movie nights with this projector. The picture isn’t perfect, but it’s still pretty darn good for the price. The volume doesn’t go very high so plan on plugging in an external speaker.

> 24 hourI was looking for a projector to use for Halloween projections. This unit was a big surprise for me. It was great for that but even more it is a great projector for watching tv or videos. The picture is huge and bright. I set it up on my wall in my living room and it filled the entire wall. I had to zoom in to make the picture smaller just to fit. Thats awesome. The other features all worked just fine. My only complaint is when you use a thumb drive for playing video files, the video will restart from the beginning if you stop the video. It will not start where you stopped. Not a deal breaker! The fan is a little noisy but has a decent built in speaker. Im impressed with the DB POWER, its a great value and great unit. And I love the padded carrying case it comes with.

> 24 hourGreat picture and simple setup. Only supports 2.4 WiFi so my tests lagged a bit. Also not able to stream YouTube TV but was able to stream from other apps, likely a YouTube issue.

> 24 hourI started with a cheaper projector, but I was disappointed with the picture and the noise. And also with the lack of inputs to connect to home theater system. After researching, I settled on this DBPower projector. And it was an excellent choice. You could spend a lot more money on a projector, but Im not sure what more you would get out of it. Or want. This projector has it all. It has a bright screen, its doesnt have the noise of a cheap unit, it has two HDMI inputs along with other inputs. I like the picture best with the saturation level set to about 90. Rich colors, and still a sharp, clear picture. Also very happy with their customer service. When you call, they pick right up and theyre very polite and very helpful. Im a real dude in Lexington, Ky. Not a fake review. DBPower deserves praise for this unit and for their service. Love this projector.

> 24 hourThis thing is so worth the money. We bought this instead of buying a TV for our room and it AMAZING. Ive got my Xbox plugged up to it so we will be gaming on it all the time. I have it projected on my wall. I didnt feel like buying a sheet but it works just perfect without one. So it gets bigger the further back you put it from the wall. So I got it against one wall facing my other wall and measured it one day and were in here gaming and watching movies on like 135 inch. Its amazing but I think it could go bigger if I had more space in my room. But for the money its so worth it. We will watch movie on it with the kids and they absolutely love it. Its like a theater in your house. The only problem I had was that they say you could screen share on it. But I never could get that to work. I talked to customer support and they had me try different devices. I ended up getting it work on an older samsung tablet I have. It was almost like my phone was to smart/advanced. I had to use an older device. But for the money its so worth it. Ive had mine now for almost 2 years and still works great.
