> 3 dayWe’ve used the projector once so far to watch a movie outside. Because of the high luminescence of it, we were able to start watching during dusk. The picture quality is so good that we plan to use it as our main “tv”, replacing our 60” led tv. If it’s too much hassle to take down after we mount it, we’ll probably by another to use outside.

> 3 dayI was able to navigate the menu and set up Wi-Fi, key stone and screen share without using instructions. Great little projector and we use it a lot.

06-06-2025I started with a cheaper projector, but I was disappointed with the picture and the noise. And also with the lack of inputs to connect to home theater system. After researching, I settled on this DBPower projector. And it was an excellent choice. You could spend a lot more money on a projector, but Im not sure what more you would get out of it. Or want. This projector has it all. It has a bright screen, its doesnt have the noise of a cheap unit, it has two HDMI inputs along with other inputs. I like the picture best with the saturation level set to about 90. Rich colors, and still a sharp, clear picture. Also very happy with their customer service. When you call, they pick right up and theyre very polite and very helpful. Im a real dude in Lexington, Ky. Not a fake review. DBPower deserves praise for this unit and for their service. Love this projector.

> 3 dayThis is my second DB power projector. Although my first one was an older and cheaper model, it worked great for what I wanted to use it for which is backyard movies. This one has more lumens than my first one and has a sharper picture. I still feel like its best used in dark rooms or if you dont have a lot of lighting outside at night. It takes a while for the remote to function properly. I was holding buttons down for a long time. Other than that, Im pleased with the product and the backpack to carry it on trips is nice too!

Greater than one weekI was on the lookout for an inexpensive, top-of-the-line projector for my basement. This projector fits the bill, it is not very pricey like the one which we have today Epson 730HD (600$). I kind of became allergic to any kind of pricey gadgets which become obsolete in a matter of few years, be it phones, laptops, or projectors. Any repair or replacement with those units is a kind of pain. Another big differentiator with this unit is it has a Wi-Fi connection which is a must for hanging it to the ceiling without wires. It easily connects to your Smartphones be it Apple or Android, there is no hassle of any wires or adapters here. I am kind of sold on these 2 points. Above all this unit has 8500 Lumens Brightness compare to 3000 Lumens with 730HD, 1920*1080P resolutions compare to 1280*720p on our Epson. I am pretty impressed with the color brightness and image clarity it produces compared to our expensive Epson unit. I am also impressed with the speakers on the unit, it boasts about built-in dual stereo speakers (5W) with an SRS sound system, which is completely non-existent on the Epson. I had to always connect the Epson to my external speakers without which we cannot watch any movie or a game. The sound quality on this unit is a bonus which I was not looking for. This unit gives a complete home-theater experience without a big dent in your pocket. I am yet to hang it to our ceiling in our basement, however, it won’t be a big issue, this unit is comparatively very compact and light-in-weight and shall go there without any hassles.

Greater than one weekThis is a pretty good projector. Im very satisfied with it. I get a good picture at 130 inches. Even with the lights on, or in the daytime. I bought a second one for nighttime outdoor movie watching

> 3 dayThis is the 3rd projector we’ve tried. This is was also our first opportunity to really use it since we bought several months ago. The first one quit 3/4 if the way through the very first movie, but that one wasnt nearly bright enough anyway. The second one we tried was bright enough but picture quality was terrible. This one is perfect. The picture Ive posted was about 7:40 at night on September 17th… to give you an idea of outdoor light conditions. We’ve only used it once so far, and watched 1.5 movies before the kids all melted down and just had to go to bed. But the projector worked flawlessly. The audio from the projector itself is terrible, but they are all terrible from this price point so I cant even fault it for that. The screen mirroring works well, however, you cannot watch movies through streaming services that way due to copyright laws. We plug our firestick directly into the projector, and use the firesticks bluetooth capability to connect to an external bluetooth speaker. That gives us what we want for picture and sound. All of our guests were impressed and thought it was very cool. We are happy. I will update review if I run into any issues.

> 3 dayPurchased this projector when local rental companies had no availability for the date I needed. Very surprised at the brightness and picture quality. Connecting to my phone was easy and flawless and connecting to my STB via HDMI was perfect. Sound was a little lacking, especially in the field of view, but that was expected. Easy set up. Storage case works great and provides decent protection while in storage.

> 3 dayGood little projector, relatively quiet and easy to setup. It reads USB drives, but only FAT-formatted ones; from the USB drive it can read movies, office files, and photos, but it does not form a slideshow from jpeg photos and I wish it did. iOS screenshare works right out of the box as soon as you connect to wifi. For the price, you wont find anything better. I would recommend to others.

Greater than one weekI just received my DBPower FHD 1080P Projector, was excited to open it. After opening, the projector looks solid, and a quality design. Packaging was nice and I plan to reuse the packaging when storing the projector as the packaging was nice and efficient. I powered it up and it looks sharp! Excited to learn more of the ins and outs with outdoor movie nights with the family this summer! But my initial impression is very good.
