DeCHOKER Anti-Choking Device for Toddlers (Ages 1-3 Years)

This just saved our dog Maggies life! She was eating and choked on a piece of pasta (no more pasta from now on!) and was writhing on the floor with her tongue out. I tried mouth to mouth to no avail and she was passing out. Grabbed this Dechoker, held if over her face to try and seal, and gave it a few increasingly forceful tugs until it dislodged the food. She would have died had it not been for this. Thanks!

I havent used this yet. I have a 3 month old. But i can tell you i have a better peace of mind having this thing around. Might be a scary thought but you should watch some baby choking videos. Sheer panic! Ive seen moms use this and get immediate relief with how fast this will dislodge food from their throats. Its a very scary situation and you want something on hand if all else fails!

I was hoping to never need this product. Unfortunately last night I did, my daughter was choking on an orange. I ran to get our D choker and as I was running back to my daughter it slipped out of my hand fell from about waist high and broke. Thankfully somehow the orange she was choking on was able to break loose and we still have her today, I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the product in a life and death situation. I don’t want to refund I don’t want a replacement I want better quality. I’m so lucky my story has a happy ending, but somebody might not be so lucky, and you never know in the moment how nervous and scared you are it’s easy to drop some thing.

I’ve heard great things. This gives me comfort that it’s near and I have help when or if something were to happen.

Not safe! Found out after purchasing that there are multiple law suits ongoing against this company for false claims and safety hazard issues.

I am unable to review the use of this product for use in a lifesaving event, but caring for my infant and toddler grandsons had me feeling this was a must have around the home. I feel this should be available in all restaurants, daycare centers, anywhere that the possibility of a choking incident is present.

Love having this in the house for our wild little toddler!
