> 3 dayI was looking at monitors for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger. I use it for working from home, and plug it in to my laptop. Ive had no issues with it, it works and looks great. Im sad the height isnt adjustable, but otherwise its an incredible value for a 27 monitor under $200!

I buy stuff
15-06-2025Loving this screen, its doing everything I wanted it for. First and foremost, I needed a screen that either doesnt include or has a toggle on the auto-select input feature. This feature has resulted in insanity inducing race conditions between my computers drivers and other screens input detection. On this screen, YOU CAN TURN IT OFF. Life saver. Second, I wanted a bright screen. This screen is bright. Yay! (I looked at the specs to make sure this was the case before purchasing.) The size is nice but at this point (27) 1080p starts looking pretty pixelated. I of course knew that going in though so not a downside, but might want to consider it. One weird thing I did notice that if you turn the Response Time to Fast then this screen has pretty bad ghosting. Maybe thats normal? but its the opposite of what I would expect. Not a big deal, just use Normal (which I think is the default).

> 3 dayI own a later model Dell monitor. Purchased this one for dual monitors. Unfortunately the stand on this one isn’t as high as the stand on the original one I own. If the stand were adjustable or if the description included the stand height I would’ve rated it a 5.

> 3 dayI purchased two of these monitors to upgrade my work desktop. I use AutoCAD at work so the quality of the monitors does matter quite a bit. These monitors are great. The picture quality is great and these monitors have handled everything beautifully so far. I have not and will not be using these for gaming so I cant give much input on that end, but CAD programs are no walk in the park in terms of graphics and I have no complaints. I think they were an excellent purchase for the price.

> 3 dayI have a 32 monitor as my main monitor, and every time I put the resolution at 1080p, the screen looks heavily pixelated. After purchasing this monitor on a hunch, I was amazed by the quality of the picture at 1080p, and even more with the clarity and color vibrancy. This monitor is mainly for my wifes photo editing and color combinations for her business, and I would only use it for purposes like such; definitely not recommended for gaming unless you can settle for the 60Hz. The game will look good for sure, but you will have severe blur on fast paced scenarios.

Greater than one weekI had 2 of these and needed another one. Only issue I had was one arrive with a crack in the LCD, which Amazon promptly resolved. Otherwise they are good quality panels and have good contrast. Dont think you can go wrong with these if you need a 27 monitor

> 3 dayI mainly use Dual Monitors for work. I mostly use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I would say these monitors are a B - at best for what I do... I was hoping for far better clarity. They are an improvement over my previous monitors which were about five years old, and they work for my needs, but they are not outstanding. My sons state they are OK for gaming. I am not interested in gaming, just easy reading on the eyes, 10 - 12 hours a day...

> 3 dayAgainst my better judgement I opted to purchase this product. My son is a programmer and told me that Dell makes his favorite monitors, so I decided to try this one. Ive had trouble in the past with Dell products but put my concerns aside and ordered. I ordered the monitor on March 24 and it is now May 12 - not two months later the monitor is going out. Im tech savvy, visited all of the support forums, reloaded drivers etc. The monitor is going dead. It flickers, it buzzes, it fades - does everything annoying that you might imagine. So, Im past my return window at Amazon so they put me in touch with Dell support. Id rather lick razor blades than ever try to speak to them again. I had 4 calls with them - I could not hear or understand them, and in the moments when I could, they asked me the same questions over and over again before disconnecting to start the cycle over again. Im in warranty - still have 2 months left but I cant communicate with anyone who can assist me. Giving up at this point. This monitor sucks. Beyond that, this is an indictment of Dell from one experienced user - bad track record - not buying Dell products again. Including a picture of the monitor ready to go out to the trash next to the HP box I replaced it with. Still has the factory stickers on it but it doesn’t work and Dell won’t replace it.

> 3 dayI have sensitive eyes. My element tv and dell monitors are the only things I can use outside of plasma tvs. I also use a program that blocks blue light. This one might not be big enough for where Im using it; but I will keep it for another part of the house. Problem is, the 43 inch version is 5 times as much. Makes no sense.
