> 3 dayI now have 2 of these monitors for my home office setup. Overall, the quality is really good for the price point. The only major thing to note is that there isn’t a VESA mount on the back so you’ll have to buy an adapter if you want to connect the monitor to a stand/mount.

> 3 dayI work from home (not just due to the Covid quarantine), but the docking station my company gave me only supports one monitor, when I constantly have a need to have multiple applications open to do my job. This big, but not too big monitor is perfect in that its big enough to open two applications side by side. Also its bright and looks great. Definitely recommend.

> 3 dayThe monitor was fine for a while. But after a few months, the the monitor would shut down with any attempt to tilt it for a better viewing position. The monitor would go back on when tilted back to its original position, but it was very difficult to find that exact position. The problem was with the HDMI port. Any movement of the cable connector would shut down the monitor. I at first thought it might be a defective cable so I bought a new one. Same problem, so its the port not the cable.

> 3 dayFrankly, not much of a review of the screen itself because its perfect. Might as well be a photograph. I do note the viewing angle is so wide that it has no color or picture shifting even when you look at it totally from the side edge on. I do stream video sometime on it (Amazon Prime Video, NetFlix, etc.) and I might as well be watching a TV. I Dont use it for gaming (I dont do shot em ups or GTA stuff) so cant comment about that. Specs look good, but gamers are super hard core about bleeding, ghosting, etc. so no opinion there. I will say that blacks are very black, which is good, not the funky dark brown/green/blotchy/yuk stuff. I had a SE2717H (prior model of this one) that died after being on 24/7 for over two years. My other SE2717H is going strong and right next to this one. Picture is awesome, I love the IPS screen and I can work all day on it with no eye strain. IPS is all I buy anymore for myself or recommend to others. There are slightly better technologies out there now, but not for the money, especially MY money. Screen height is the same as the prior model so they go next to each other just fine. It is not adjustable up and down, only tilts front to back so it needs to be matched in hit to, not adjusted to match another monitor. There are no VESA mounting holes on the back so it must sit on the desk. The bezel is paper thin on this one (about 1/2 on the SE2717) but appears to be just under 1/4 due to the black edge on the panel itself. For $139.99 with next day delivery, you cant go wrong. Slight difference in the two is one is hooked up VGA and the other hooked up HDMI as they are the outputs on my PC. When I swapped the cables, the slight difference moved as well. The older model is on the left and is still running after two years being on and the new one is on the right. Packaging was the Dell box inside of a larger Amazon box with padding around the Dell box as well. I LOVE my Amazon delivery guys as the boxes always arrive without even a scratch. I have MS and now work from home exclusively and have had the Amazon guys actually carry stuff in for me. I cant say enough good stuff about them. Ordered Sunday, and arrived by 9:00 am Monday. In time for me to hook it up in place of the dead one and start my day. Super impressed. Didnt expect it until evening.

> 3 dayI own a later model Dell monitor. Purchased this one for dual monitors. Unfortunately the stand on this one isn’t as high as the stand on the original one I own. If the stand were adjustable or if the description included the stand height I would’ve rated it a 5.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor to go with a desktop that I purchased directly from Dell. Delivery was fast. It arrived on time (it arrived before my desktop) and was in excellent condition. I was concerned that it might be damaged during delivery. Its my first large screen purchase and I couldnt been happier with it. The picture quality is awesome. It was an easy setup too. The screen cant be raised up or down, but you can tilt it towards or away from you. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayI’ll get straight to the point, this monitor was worth every penny. I was looking for a monitor that has very thin bezels, one that has a large 27 inch display, and one that was priced fairly low. The thing about this monitor is that it’s manufactured in a way with making it affordable and up to date with all of the features we’d expect. It was made to have a 1080p resolution so it is totally convenient. Why pay extra for a monitor with 4K when you can get a new HD monitor for this great price? I recently purchased another dell monitor before this one off eBay. It was more expensive, made in 2015, and used. And it got damaged from shipping. So I needed one that was brand new, and one that was reliable. This product was outstandingly impressive.

Greater than one weekI have two of these setup with extend display. I love it, I’m not sure why I went so long with only one monitor. Normal retail sale is between $230 - $260. So if you see it for sale for @ $160, do yourself a favor, put it in your cart and buy it now!

> 3 dayI purchased this screen as my second monitor for work. It’s definitely sizable where I can split the screen. It’s clear and brightness is very acceptable. One thing I didn’t consider is the lack of USB ports. If that’s not an issue, this will be perfect.

> 3 dayI was looking at monitors for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger. I use it for working from home, and plug it in to my laptop. Ive had no issues with it, it works and looks great. Im sad the height isnt adjustable, but otherwise its an incredible value for a 27 monitor under $200!
