Greater than one weekI tend to purchase Dell for personal products but for monitors and TVs I usually try to get Samsung or Asus. However, a 27 monitor on those brands are expensive so I thought I would gamble with this purchase since it was $100 less than what I was looking at. I am/was not disappointed! The quality of the picture is great and I couldnt ask for more. I use it for all of my personal computing needs; however, I do not game so I cannot speak to the quality there but for everything else, definitely a winner.

> 3 dayIm very happy with this 27 Dell monitor. I use this for basic computing; email, spreadsheets, docs, web surfing, some Netflix /Amazon streaming, etc.. I also have an older Dell 22 that I use as a 2nd monitor. This 27 is MUCH brighter & clearer, especially whites. I didnt realize how cream-color the whites are on the 22 and cannot be adjusted any whiter. This 27s picture quality is great, but features are sparse. It only tilts, no up/down adjustment, no USB ports, and only VGA & Dgi inputs. But for $129 this is a great monitor. Im VERY happy with it now after a few months of daily use.

> 3 dayGreat monitors if you are going to let them free stand on a desk. There is NO mounting holes to attach it to a swivel desk mount. That is the reason for 4 out of 5.

> 3 daySo this is yet another item I’ve purchased to help me through this pandemic. For several months I’ve been using my work laptop to sit and do telehealth all day. Getting a monitor this size is a game changer, all of a sudden I’m sitting upright and not hunched over a small screen. I’m not squinting trying to read small print on a tiny laptop. A great investment. I’ve always trusted Dell.

Greater than one weekI bought this monitor to use with my Macbook Air when Im at my desk. I didnt necessarily need 27 of screen but this was cheaper than the 24 model at the time so I took the plunge. I am happy with the monitor so far (it was just delivered today). The monitor has a sleek design- a very thin bezel, buttons on the bottom of the screen so they arent visible from the front and a slick back with the Dell logo across it. The monitor works great with my laptop and has clear, crisp images. Im sure that there are better monitors out there if youll be using it for a lot of streaming or gaming but Ill mainly be using it for shopping, bill paying, youtube, etc so you cant beat it for that. Im happy with my purchase. Side note- I did see a review about the scuff marks on the monitor when it was unpacked and mine also had these. I feel like the soft white wrap that the monitor ships in rubs against the screen and leaves the scuff or smudge marks on the screen. I used a damp paper towel and very lightly scrubbed the screen, then dried it with a towel. I had to do this several times but each time I did it, the smudge marks were less and less noticeable. After a few times the marks on the screen were completely gone! So if yours has these when you unbox it, dont stress- just lightly rub with a damp paper towel and theyll be gone in no time.

> 3 dayI had re-arranged my computer desk, and I realized I had room to upgrade my 6 year old 21 monitor. After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided on this Dell 27 (I ordered a Displayport to HDMI converter cord as well). Monitor arrived on time and well packed in a box in a box. I put the stand together in seconds and had everything hooked up in a couple of minutes...very easy! I powered up the monitor, and after a select language prompt, I powered up my 2 year old HP computer. Everything worked perfectly the first time! No bad pixels, and the display is very nice... especially for the price. I keep my studio dark, so I ended up turning the brightness way down to 5%, and the contrast up to 80%. I also adjusted my fonts a bit since I have so much screen space now... MUCH easier on the eyes! Im super happy at this point...Ill update if there are any problems in the future. All in all, its a beautiful monitor, it was a painless setup, and I highly recommend it! Merry Christmas to me! Have a good day!

> 3 dayI bought this monitor to go with a desktop that I purchased directly from Dell. Delivery was fast. It arrived on time (it arrived before my desktop) and was in excellent condition. I was concerned that it might be damaged during delivery. Its my first large screen purchase and I couldnt been happier with it. The picture quality is awesome. It was an easy setup too. The screen cant be raised up or down, but you can tilt it towards or away from you. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

> 3 dayThe monitor is pretty good for a work computer. The size is great and you can easily have two web pages open at the same time without squinting or straining.

> 3 dayI purchased this screen as my second monitor for work. It’s definitely sizable where I can split the screen. It’s clear and brightness is very acceptable. One thing I didn’t consider is the lack of USB ports. If that’s not an issue, this will be perfect.

> 3 daySo this is a very budget friendly workstation focused monitor. It even doesn’t have VESA mounts just to save a few bucks, the refresh rate is not suitable for gaming, but keeping that in mind when I bought this I thought at minimum 1) they would rotate and 2) they would at least be color matching out of the box. NOPE 1) I can deal, that’s fine, not ideal, but fine 2) it’s really frustrating. One is clearly way, waaay more yellow than the other. That said, they’re really bright and clear and don’t have any dead pixels or connectivity issues so still workable for my needs but the color thing is really keeping this from a 5 star. Probably should have just gone with the Acer for a few more bucks. I messed with the color settings and got them close-ish (2nd pic, and again this isn’t a Pantone monitor or even close and I know this) but still not matched and going to drive me nuts. Also there are some good comments about text being pixelated since it’s such a large area with relatively low resolution and I definitely notice that, doesn’t bug me too much since my vision isn’t great lol but if the pixelation would bother you, you probably want something either smaller or higher resolution.
