Greater than one weekthe product arrived on time and in excellent condition. The only annoying part was that it was missing the HDMI cable so I had to buy a cable out of pocket. Apart from that minor inconvenience, I am satisfied

Greater than one weekI am very impressed with the size, color, picture quality and brightness. I will be using this for work and I am not a gamer, however this was a wonderful purchase that doesn’t break the bank! Delivery was on time and the driver took extra care of my package!

> 3 dayI needed an external monitor for my MacBook Pro for use primarily with Adobe Lightroom, and I couldnt decide on one. I tested this Dell, a lower-priced Spectre, and a higher-priced Philips 4K. All 27. Well, this monitor is the keeper. For a non-4K 27 monitor, Im quite impressed. Text isnt noticeably jaggy. Brightness & contrast are strong, colors are clear, robust and consistent. Matches my MacBook displays color (or, certainly close enough even for my picky eye) right out of the box with no tinkering to settings needed. Im connecting with a USB-C to HDMI cable, I made sure to get a cable that was rated for this purpose (easy to find on Amazon). The setup couldnt have been easier. I usually dont take time to write reviews but Im really happy with this monitor. I have no long-term info yet, Ive only had it a few days. For the price, Id say it would be really difficult (if not impossible) to find a higher quality monitor. If youre looking for a gaming monitor, you might want to go with a non-IPS model for the faster refresh rates (that said, I havent tried using this with my PS4 yet). If your primary use is photo / video editing, IPS is the way to go (based on my recent research) for richer, consistent colors.

Greater than one weekI was pretty excited to have this new monitor replace my old 2nd monitor until I tried to make it work. Set it up, plugged it in. connected the VGA cable to the computer (27 iMac running Windows 10 in Bootcamp): nothing except No signal. Hmm, strange I thought. So, just in case it was a bad VGA cable out of the box, I swapped the one that came with the monitor for one I knew worked with my computer. Sorry Charlie, no luck with that either. Try 3: Lets see what happens with an HDMI to Thunderbolt cable. Forget it, its Chinatown. Try 4: Lets boot into the MacOS side of things (High Sierra) and see what happens there? Maybe its a Win10 quirk. Sucker. Try 5: Lets upgrade to the latest MacOS (Mojave) and see if THAT fixes the problem. Houston we have a problem. Oh, and on top of that the upgrade to Mojave roached the Windows partition so I have that going for me too. In all cases, the desktop doesnt even detect that the monitor is plugged in. While Ive been trying to rebuild my desktop, I plugged it into my Macbook running Win7 and lo and be hold there is light! Indeed, the monitor works fine which means that (a) the cable is functional, (b) the monitor is functional, and (c) theres no real reason for it not to work as an external monitor for my iMac. Gonna give it one more go and then back in the box and back to Amazon it goes.

> 3 dayI have a 32 monitor as my main monitor, and every time I put the resolution at 1080p, the screen looks heavily pixelated. After purchasing this monitor on a hunch, I was amazed by the quality of the picture at 1080p, and even more with the clarity and color vibrancy. This monitor is mainly for my wifes photo editing and color combinations for her business, and I would only use it for purposes like such; definitely not recommended for gaming unless you can settle for the 60Hz. The game will look good for sure, but you will have severe blur on fast paced scenarios.

> 3 dayThis monitor doesnt have a lot of the frills that modern displays boast. It also has a very attractively low price tag relative to its large size and generally good specs (ok, maybe 1080p isnt good specs these days, but Ive been computing since we used CRTs, I havent actually found I *need* 4K personally). It wont let you down in any way related to being a monitor, it definitely is the size that it says, and finally the viewing angles are indeed top notch. Great brightness too. I like its on-board image processing features pretty well, as they allow a good range of adjustment to color/brightness match other displays. Im very pleased with my purchase. If you are looking for something basic, but great at the job that it does, here it is.

> 3 dayI bought one of these at a local Office Depot in 2018 as an upgrade to a 23 monitor. Although it only comes with HDMI and VGA (why?) its very bright and good quality (so far). I wanted a second one for work-at-home due to the pandemic and Amazon had it on sale. I opened the box and noticed that the HDMI cable is missing. Its my only complain and Im a little surprised at the oversight of not including the cable (unless someone took it and resealed the box). Other than the missing cable the monitor looks great.

02-04-2025there is no HDMI Cable included. When I opened the box, the instruction package clearly shows that there should be 3 cables included. the charger, the SE2419H and the SE2419HX. however, the SE2419HX is missing. there were only 2 cables in the box.

30-03-2025Loving this screen, its doing everything I wanted it for. First and foremost, I needed a screen that either doesnt include or has a toggle on the auto-select input feature. This feature has resulted in insanity inducing race conditions between my computers drivers and other screens input detection. On this screen, YOU CAN TURN IT OFF. Life saver. Second, I wanted a bright screen. This screen is bright. Yay! (I looked at the specs to make sure this was the case before purchasing.) The size is nice but at this point (27) 1080p starts looking pretty pixelated. I of course knew that going in though so not a downside, but might want to consider it. One weird thing I did notice that if you turn the Response Time to Fast then this screen has pretty bad ghosting. Maybe thats normal? but its the opposite of what I would expect. Not a big deal, just use Normal (which I think is the default).
