> 3 dayI had re-arranged my computer desk, and I realized I had room to upgrade my 6 year old 21 monitor. After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided on this Dell 27 (I ordered a Displayport to HDMI converter cord as well). Monitor arrived on time and well packed in a box in a box. I put the stand together in seconds and had everything hooked up in a couple of minutes...very easy! I powered up the monitor, and after a select language prompt, I powered up my 2 year old HP computer. Everything worked perfectly the first time! No bad pixels, and the display is very nice... especially for the price. I keep my studio dark, so I ended up turning the brightness way down to 5%, and the contrast up to 80%. I also adjusted my fonts a bit since I have so much screen space now... MUCH easier on the eyes! Im super happy at this point...Ill update if there are any problems in the future. All in all, its a beautiful monitor, it was a painless setup, and I highly recommend it! Merry Christmas to me! Have a good day!

> 3 dayGreat monitor. Replaced my 20” old one. Use to think that was large, but this one is better. Hard to believe I use to have an old console TV that was 27”. Good picture, good refresh rate, great monitor.

Greater than one weekQuick delivery and drop off by UPS. The monitor was easy to setup and connect to my work laptop. Makes a difference in the ability to split documents side by side.

> 3 dayThis is a good monitor for office use. I wouldnt recommend for gaming just because it only supports 1920x1080 (as noted in the product title). If you want a monitor for gaming, especially a 27, Id go with a monitor that supports 2560x1440 at 144Hz with G-Sync or other technology.

> 3 dayIve been working on this monitor every day since purchasing and now, months later I have to say I am very happy with my purchase. It is bright, crisp and has no motion issues to report. I do not game or watch media, just lots and lots of spreadsheets. Take it for whats its worth. But I have been extremely happy with it so far.

> 3 dayA decent, frameless, 27” high def picture, with excellent blacks for under $200. As an IT Geek, a few of these is my WFH solution, paired with the USB Docking Station GIQ USB C Hub USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI VGA Adapter Triple Display USB C Laptop Docking Station. Gives me one VGA display for email, and two HDMI displays for IT work. One can even leave the laptop open for total of four displays.

> 3 dayI needed an external monitor for my MacBook Pro for use primarily with Adobe Lightroom, and I couldnt decide on one. I tested this Dell, a lower-priced Spectre, and a higher-priced Philips 4K. All 27. Well, this monitor is the keeper. For a non-4K 27 monitor, Im quite impressed. Text isnt noticeably jaggy. Brightness & contrast are strong, colors are clear, robust and consistent. Matches my MacBook displays color (or, certainly close enough even for my picky eye) right out of the box with no tinkering to settings needed. Im connecting with a USB-C to HDMI cable, I made sure to get a cable that was rated for this purpose (easy to find on Amazon). The setup couldnt have been easier. I usually dont take time to write reviews but Im really happy with this monitor. I have no long-term info yet, Ive only had it a few days. For the price, Id say it would be really difficult (if not impossible) to find a higher quality monitor. If youre looking for a gaming monitor, you might want to go with a non-IPS model for the faster refresh rates (that said, I havent tried using this with my PS4 yet). If your primary use is photo / video editing, IPS is the way to go (based on my recent research) for richer, consistent colors.

> 3 dayThe monitor is pretty good for a work computer. The size is great and you can easily have two web pages open at the same time without squinting or straining.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor to use with my Macbook Air when Im at my desk. I didnt necessarily need 27 of screen but this was cheaper than the 24 model at the time so I took the plunge. I am happy with the monitor so far (it was just delivered today). The monitor has a sleek design- a very thin bezel, buttons on the bottom of the screen so they arent visible from the front and a slick back with the Dell logo across it. The monitor works great with my laptop and has clear, crisp images. Im sure that there are better monitors out there if youll be using it for a lot of streaming or gaming but Ill mainly be using it for shopping, bill paying, youtube, etc so you cant beat it for that. Im happy with my purchase. Side note- I did see a review about the scuff marks on the monitor when it was unpacked and mine also had these. I feel like the soft white wrap that the monitor ships in rubs against the screen and leaves the scuff or smudge marks on the screen. I used a damp paper towel and very lightly scrubbed the screen, then dried it with a towel. I had to do this several times but each time I did it, the smudge marks were less and less noticeable. After a few times the marks on the screen were completely gone! So if yours has these when you unbox it, dont stress- just lightly rub with a damp paper towel and theyll be gone in no time.

> 3 dayI now have 2 of these monitors for my home office setup. Overall, the quality is really good for the price point. The only major thing to note is that there isn’t a VESA mount on the back so you’ll have to buy an adapter if you want to connect the monitor to a stand/mount.
