Totally disappointed that the suitcase arrives already scratched and with plastic and thread hanging out the creases of the suitcase. Where the plastic meets any other object (wheel, handle, zipper). Photos attached. Price and BJ brand quality don’t match product delivered. Even BJ nameplate isn’t straight, isnt flat and has plastic hanging from sides. I tried to use thin tweezers to pull plastic from seams. Really disappointed.

I love the construction, size and beautiful pattern on this suitcase. Can’t wait to use it.

I love this so much! Not only is it adorable but its well thought out. The interior is done well with one side having a zipper mesh enclosement. It makes packing so much easier for those of us who take being organized a bit too seriously. Plus its well made, very sturdy, and easy to maneuver.

My daughter loves it and couldnt wait to us on business and pleasure trips. Easy to find on converting belt at airports.

Not returning suitcase was not damaged its fantastic but box was opened not taped closed and delivery driver was in a pickup truck not amazon truck but all was good he had a vest on said amazon lol

My daughter loves the patterns, its held up fine on the maiden voyage, and it was super easy to spot at baggage claim.

This suitcase is so fun and well-made. I have yet to use it but soon, very soon! I will be stylin!!

I never used it because It was coming apart at the seams like the glue was old or like it had been used previously and overstuffed. I have had these Betsey Johnson luggage items in the past and they are great quality in the four wheels are easy to use. However it’s sad to think that Amazon is selling used items but this had to have been used
