> 24 hourThe Good. Its built like a tank and should last forever. Its comfortable. The not so. Its a little high at the lowest setting. When you pick it up by the seat, the base falls off. I like it and am glad I got it.

> 24 hourI love it. I do wish they made a version with real back support like a drafting chair. That said, I use this thing every day in the shop. You can have either casters or fixed feet. I use the caster and like I said, I use it constantly working at my bench. Great buy.

> 24 hourFirst, I’m a Dewalt fan. I have both the XR and regular full set cordless kits, angle grinder, various bit kits, the planar all sorts of stuff. So as much as I like the Dewalt quality, it does pain me to leave a bad review. But this stool is a straight up torture device. This one’s a miss. I work full time in a workshop and got this to be more comfortable in the workshop. I like how freely it spins. l and the height adjustment with and without the wheels. I also like the little back rest. It helps keep me centered in the chair. For the harbor freight wooden workbench I found it was a perfect height without the wheels. What I don’t like is when I’m sitting, any movement other then to spin makes popping and snapping noises. Don’t lean to the sides, forward or backward. I’ve gotten off of it a few times because I was afraid it was breaking. I weigh about 220, definitely within the weight rating of this stool. The absolute WORST part of the bench is it’s lack of padding. It had about the thickness of a #2 pencil eraser in padding. I can sit on my stool in my workshop for upwards of 20+ hours a week. It feels harder and more uncomfortable then stadium seating. I can feel a stinging sensation sometimes after long sessions. It just straight up hurts after a while. Like sitting right on a wooden bar stool. I’m not looking for some plush pillows too bean bag chair. I just want to sit in something that didn’t literally sting after sitting on it for long periods of time. I will be looking to upgrade and for me being. Dewalt fan just seems weird to say.

> 24 hourFirst, a few cons that I have experienced- 1) wishing it has a foot rest attachment to use when fully extended high. 2) Also, in the opposite range, wishing the stem would compress lower (maybe down to 18 inches from the floor), to reach the ground without having to dismount. Seems it would be to hace it that low if the casters were removed and replaced by the fixed boots that come included. 3) And last, the seat padding can get a bit stiff after a couple hours ride. Pros- That being the case, I do enjoy the convenience of mobility by having the casters on all the time. These casters are, hardy, smooth and quiet. The overall assembly was easy. Basically, screwing in the casters or boots (your choice), then placing the hydraulic stem riser in the pocket of the base and the seat locks to the top. The build is solid, yet in spite of its rugged looks it is lightweight, making it able to lift, carry and store easily. All in all, this is a great buy.

> 24 hourI was looking for a good stool for my workshop that had a large seat that would fit my double wide derriere and this one works well. It doesnt tip and wheels easily. My only complaint is that the the black plastic pieces that fit in the corners of the tool tray at the bottom were all chipped and broken in the box, but I suppose those are just decorative anyway. But still I would think for the money all the parts would be good.

> 24 hourSo far I am very pleased, it is well built, very comfortable and it extends higher than most shop stools, and the assembly was quick and easy, unlike most stools, the casters were already attached, and it comes with additional feet if you don’t want to use the casters, it seems to be of very good quality, like you would expect from DeWalt
