DEWALT DXSTAH025 Stool

Great, strong seat. The only thing is the casters dont roll easily and smooth like they should. Other than that though, its a great seat.

Well-made, sturdy, and adjustable. Dont really think you could ask for more! The color, however, is a knockout. My husband loves it!

2022-04-08 - This DeWalt swivel, height adjustable and mobile (i.e., on casters) stool rates a 10! I rarely rate anything a 10. Assembly took under 3 minutes (including inspection and reading instructions). There were only two parts to connect without fasteners. Its HEAVY DUTY all around.

This stool is of great quality and construction and assembly for the one I got was simple. Place base on floor, place stem in base, place stool on stem. Easy. The stool is a bit smallish for me, but perhaps that is a problem that **I** need to address. ;) The flaw is the cheap wheels. I TRIED to roll it while sitting on it on a textured epoxy floor - no way. So, I purchased 4 Schioppa orange ball bearing wheels and will replace the shoddy black ones that came with the stool. So, for me, I had to add $57 or so because I needed to purchase the casters. These: Schioppa L12 Series, GLEEF 312 UPE G, 3 x 1-1/4 Swivel Caster. I have them on several projects and they work great.

Ok if youre not going to sit too long and definitely not designed for shop floors, it does roll but it will dump you.

Have it for the garage… rolls well, very comfortable… only but is when fully extended can easily be tripped… try not roll too fast with it… and use for its intended use only and you should be happy with it

This is a fantastic stool. I brought mine to work and sometimes I sit at a bench almost all day. My back used to hurt so much that I couldnt sit any longer. But this stool with the variable hight allows me to change my position and give my back a break. The padded seat is much more comfortable than the stool I was using. In addition the wheels and the spinning seat cut back on the stubborn movement of the old stationary stool. If youre thinking about getting a work stool, and you will have days when you sit for hours at a time, I would definitely reccomend this item. Comfortable seat, easy to move back and forth and side to side, and the spinning seat, which surprisingly is something that I would have a hard time living without now that Ive had one. No more standing up and then reaching down to scoot my stool a few feet to the left or right. Comfortable, ergonomically designed and definitely a time saver when you consider all the manual stool positioning and adjusting that I no longer have to do, and how uncomfortable it was to sit in one spot, unable to maneuver to get my work done. Its an A+ product, and those are few and far between.

I use this tool in my pottery studio to help lessen the backache that I get by the end of the day. If you do not sit squarely on it, though, it will tip over and dump you on the floor.

Overall, this product met all of my expectations, the seat cushion become uncomfortable after a couple of hours. To resolve this, I used a pillow.
