> 3 dayDespite some glowing reviews, there are better options that cost less. Assembly was simple, the stool is sturdy, and the seat is wide and supportive--but the lip in back is too small/short to offer any useful support, and is more of a nuisance than anything else. While height adjustable, it doesn’t go very low. If you’re working on something near the floor, you’ll find the stool sits too high to be of use. Yet it doesn’t sit high enough for most work benches. The area under the seat could have been better designed w/a platform or something better to hold tools, screws, bolts, and other things. The “caged” metal design offers little other than additional cost. Unless it’s on a smooth surface, the wheels don’t roll very easy. I’ve had various stools over the years. Not sure what compelled me to buy this thing. One of my most bonehead purchases in quite a while.

> 3 dayVery sturdy, perfect height for my 36” high workbench. Only complaint is it doesn’t roll around very easy when I’m sitting in it.

> 3 dayThis is a fantastic stool. I brought mine to work and sometimes I sit at a bench almost all day. My back used to hurt so much that I couldnt sit any longer. But this stool with the variable hight allows me to change my position and give my back a break. The padded seat is much more comfortable than the stool I was using. In addition the wheels and the spinning seat cut back on the stubborn movement of the old stationary stool. If youre thinking about getting a work stool, and you will have days when you sit for hours at a time, I would definitely reccomend this item. Comfortable seat, easy to move back and forth and side to side, and the spinning seat, which surprisingly is something that I would have a hard time living without now that Ive had one. No more standing up and then reaching down to scoot my stool a few feet to the left or right. Comfortable, ergonomically designed and definitely a time saver when you consider all the manual stool positioning and adjusting that I no longer have to do, and how uncomfortable it was to sit in one spot, unable to maneuver to get my work done. Its an A+ product, and those are few and far between.

> 3 dayLove it, well built and sturdy. I just wish it had 5 wheels for better stability and slightly larger wheels to roll over shop debris easier

> 3 day20220407: I love DeWalt stuff, and wanted to give this 5 stars, but the base is not wide enough. If the seat is raised up it is _very_ easy to tip over. The wheels are a bit stiff, so trying to slide around with a higher seat tends to make the seat tip over. Lowering the seat and using your legs more keeps it stable, but DeWalt could have done much better by simply making the base wider. The base is almost exactly the same width as the seat, so the entire unit is less stable, tall and skinny. Assembly was extra-easy. The units comes in three pieces: the seat, the neck, and the base. Put the neck into the base, place the seat on the neck, adjust the height once, and it is ready to go. DeWalt provides some flat feet if you want to remove the casters. I did not use them, but maybe there is some scenario where that would be useful. Construction: the base is steel with DeWalt-yellow baked on enamel. If I read correctly, DeWalt has an accessory system that probably allows some small items to be attached to the base. The U-channels have a pattern cut into the steel that seems to be for attaching something. Ive not looked into that too much, so cant say any more about that. The wheels are about medium size, and heavy, but they dont turn as easily as I would have liked (see my comment above on tipping too easily). The seat is solid and comfortable. Overall, it is a good solid work stool.

> 3 dayThis is a great chair for anyone who loves to work on projects in their garage and need the ability to roll around. The wells are sturdy and provides the right amount of glide when needing to get from one end of the room to the next.

> 3 dayEasy to assemble out of the box, sturdy, comfy, and yellow/black. Pricey but seems like it will last longer than the others I considered. Go ahead, live a little.

> 3 dayGreat, strong seat. The only thing is the casters dont roll easily and smooth like they should. Other than that though, its a great seat.
